The pool is huge and warm, the hot tub perfect and pen late, nice gym, amazing breakfast buffet...all priced right and just 10 minutes from Disney. We love it!

We checked in very late at night after a long day of travel. Bryan at the front desk was so nice and went above and beyond to help us find a place to eat that was open. The hotel overall was very nice and comfortable. We will recommend it.

My experience was horrible. They downgraded my room and didn’t tell me until I was ready for check in. They didn’t discount my rates. Unpleasant staff and not a very good breakfast option. The oatmeal wasn’t ready to eat.

It was unpleasant when they received us, I reserved a king size bed and they didn't give it to me, they gave me two beds when I didn't ask for it, the lady was very despotic, when we finally got to the room there were no towels, I called by phone and no one answered the phone. phone, I had to go down to get the towels, I won't go back to that hotel again. I don't recommend it

First off is the staff friendly, happy wonderful to interact with the hotel is so beautiful clean kid friendly adult friendly really don’t even have to leave if you don’t wanna go anywhere everything is right there I have no complaints!

Pool was fun and big, their was a restaurant on site but we didnt get a chance to go. Breakfast was fire, they have mickey mouse waffles. The wifi was hard to connect to but it must have been just user error.

Not bad but common areas weren’t clean. No lobby coffee and coffee bar closed. Upon checkin we felt rushed and appeared as if we inconvenienced the front desk guy by asking dome questions. Parking is $10 per night. Not sure why they charge this. Not sure Id return here.

Room condition such as basic housekeeping was not meet per standards. Carpet smells. Could’ve been deep cleaned. My kids sneezed and coughed all throughout the night. Amenities was unserviceable, microwave had food splatters all over the inside. Appears that it was not cleaned for the next customer prior to checking in. After driving long hours and checked in around 9:30 pm, just wanted to warm the food that was bought, but cannot because of the dirty condition, food was then thrown out. Walk-in closet light and phone did not worked. Went to the front desk and explained the situations, the front desk night auditor only took the information and said someone may check this in the morning. No night manager on duty. Quality assurance and training could have prevented this for improvement of services. Overall, this experience was dissatisfying.

The staff was totally awesome. Due to the fact, it was Christmas Eve, they upgraded us to a room where you could see fireworks. The room is large and spacious. We were facing the highway, but didn’t hear any of the traffic. We had a good nights sleep. The beds were so comfy. No bed no bed bugs here. Great pressure in the shower.
The breakfast area had everything you can imagine. All was cook to perfection. None of the food was overcook or undercooked. I booked this with Hotels.com to use up my One Key $ before the end of the year. And yes they do expire. Found out that if I would’ve booked straight with the hotel, I would’ve got a lot better of a deal, but as I said, I was using up my One Key $. This was the best Hotel I’ve ever been in the in the USA. I didn’t use any of the other amenities, but I expect that they would’ve been just as good. I know the area, where the pool was,was designed very attractively.

The room is outdated and not clean for Marriott hotel. There was stains on the bed linens and box spring (like vomit). Hair was in my towel.
Not sure if housekeeping clean the rooms during the stay because ours didn’t get clean.
Refrigerator did not work.
The room set up is odd. The bed view is the bathroom.
I recommend Townsuites which share property with SpringHill much better experience.

Quick check in and friendly staffs. It was nice to have free shuttle to Disney. 10mins walk to target and other fast food restaurants. Room is spacious and have everything you need.
