This host and hostess take great pride in their multi-course breakfasts. We enjoyed 3 such breakfasts. Each was presented on a different set of elegant linens & beautiful china with a different menu daily. Food was of excellent quality with home baked goods, individual breakfast entrees, and freshly made juices. There was more food than one could eat. Host and hostess accommodated special diets with great care. I give 4 stars only because the bed was too high, which seems to be a trend in B&Bs and hotels, unfortunately.

check in was friendly, we were given a quick tour and shown to our room. homemade breakfast each morning added great value to our stay. It was plentiful and Ranju and Kumari ensure your diet meets their offerings. Very kind and welcoming folks - would encourage others to book here! very close to many wineries and about a 10-15 minute walk to queen street shopping and dining!

Ranju and Kumari were such excellent hosts! They made us feel at home the moment we walked in the door. The food was outstanding and we were served freshly squeezed juice every morning along with the huge homemade breakfast. The room was very comfortable and clean with little added touches to make it special. And they were so helpful with lots of info about the area. We highly recommend Blues Skies to anyone travelling to Niagara on the Lake!

We were in town for a wedding and chose to stay here rather than one of the hotels reserved for wedding guests. Excellent decision! The home is lovely, very clean, and the breakfasts were BEYOND DELICIOUS. Our only complaint is there was so much great food we stuffed ourselves each morning to the point of being uncomfortable! Our hosts were extremely accommodating of any dietary needs and wanted to ensure that each guest received the right food, and also prepared food at the time that we needed it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

From the second we arrived to the walk out to the car to leave, this was a great experience. We were greeted by our amazing hosts, Ranju & Kumari, and from that point every "i" was dotted and every "t" was crossed. The breakfasts were AMAZING and the house was immaculately clean. We also had a small medical issue while there and our hosts showed so much concern & cared for us - luckily nothing was serious. I would recommend BSB&B to anyone traveling to NOTL! The house is within walking distance to the main "strip" but just enough outside the hustle and bustle that it was very quiet and serene at the property. We took advantage of the covered porch during a brief period of rain - sitting with our bottle of wine and enjoying the beautiful scenery.

We were so pleased to stay at Blue Skies B&B. Our hosts, Kumari and Ranju are so kind and friendly. They do everything possible to take care of their guests. The room was lovely and spotless, with everything we could need. They were happy to provide us with maps and coupons for bike rides, hikes and wineries. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfasts and their warm and friendly conversations. The location was great for us. We walked and biked to town and the theaters. We definitely plan to return and will happily recommend their home to others.

This is just the cosiest B&B in a beautiful Victorian Style home. Kumari and Ranju are wonderful hosts and the breakfast in the morning is really fantastic. We stayed for three nights and there was so much to see and do being close to the city center and at the same time close to several interesting Wineries. Kumari and Ranju can help you find tours and other wonderful things to see and do.

We had such a great experience at Blue Skies. Kumari and Ranju are such great hosts. The food was amazing and they are always around to help out if you need anything. Would defiantly stay there again.

The minute we arrived, we felt very welcome and this feeling continued during the duration of the time we stayed there. The couple was very enjoyable to converse with and the breakfast was AMAZING!!! We felt right at home. We were happy to find some coupons they left in our room and used many of them. We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary and what a surprise it was when after breakfast, they brought us a little cake with a lit candle. They went above and beyond and made our stay very memorable.

We would give more than 5 stars if we could. Ranju and Kumari were superb hosts. Our room was spotless and extremely comfortable. Breakfasts were gourmet quality and we had excellent dinner conversations with Ranju/Kumari and the other guests. We will stay again without question. Gets our highest recommendation.

Our stay at Blue Skies was wonderful, from our welcome by Ranju until we left 3 days later we were made to feel very welcome in their beautiful home. Breakfast was really good and our bedroom was lovely. We would definitely stay there again. It was our first stay in a bed and breakfast in Niagara On The Lake and we shall definitely stay at this B & B again.

You must stay here! Location was perfect. Walking distance to some wineries as well as to town, walking and bike paths. They also provide vouchers for discounted and/or free wine tastings at some of the vineyards. Kumari and Ranju are very accommodating. Every morning started with fresh squeezed juice such as carrot, celery, beets, apple and ginger and a fresh beautiful arranged bowl of fruit with fresh homemade whipped cream. Everything is prepared from scratch and is so delicious, such as homemade croissants and breads. Kumari and Ranju prepared several dishes each morning to accommodate each guests personal dietary choice. It is truly understandable why they are rated as a five star B&B.

Honestly, the cleanest, most beautiful, most hospitable B&B we have EVER stayed at! The breakfast was made with love. Wonderful homemade breads, eggs and fruit with fresh made cream yum. This couple is so sweet, we felt like we were staying with family. It’s also within walking distance from the historic downtown. They even gave us tons of coupons for tastings at the wineries. Definitely recommend and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved it!

This property was spotless and modern, and the bed was a very luxurious oversized king. Kumari and Ranju, the owners/hosts, were so hospitable, had the room prepared with a towel swan on the bed and cold waters, continually checked on any needs, and served the worlds best breakfasts. We enjoyed every aspect of our visit with them and their B&B, from their proximity to town, to their constant friendly hospitality, and their delicious homemade juices, breads, hot breakfast, and assortment of coffees and teas. We highly recommend this B&B!

This was a wonderful property. Kumari and Ranju were so welcoming and hospitable. The breakfasts were AMAZING. From the freshly prepared juice to the fruit dishes and the hot entrees. The freshly baked loaves with a variety of ingredients were wonderful. We certainly didnt need lunch after such a large breakfast. They were very knowledgeable about the area and ready to help out in any way that they could. We really appreciated this hospitality.

Stay was amazing: fantastic room, great breakfast, and wonderful hots. Hosts were very gracious, knowledgeable about the restaurants and wineries in the area, and interested in our feedback about the places we attended.

Ranju and Kumari are the epitome of generous hosts. Breakfast every day was an exquisite experience of homemade delights. Our room was well appointed and clean. The location is convenient to parks, walking trail and downtown Niagra on the Lake. This was, by far, our best B&B experience to date.

The hosts were so accommodating and concerned that every detail of our stay was to our satisfaction. The house was spotless and the attention to detail in little things was outstanding! And then there was the breakfast...oh my,... Kumari is a chef of the first order. We were not used to the level of presentation and taste she provided! I would not hesitate to stay there again if we return to the area.

Lots of positives. Great room, friendly hosts, enjoyable breakfast. So why only 3 out of 5? Several issues that my friend and I found less than ideal first dropped it down to 4: its location is not that close to the town's main street (20 minute walk to theaters) and the walk home after the theater was not well lit in some places; there were too many rules and too much structure, such as the breakfast being exactly at 9am and the requirement to remove shoes at the front door even though it's hard wood floors throughout; there was a need to juggle cars because of lack of parking. What later dropped it down to 3 in our eyes was some subtle pressure experienced on the way out. Asking people to sign a guest book with the proprietors hovering is silly. But much worse was when I was asked to sign for the VISA payment and 3 tip levels were suggested. Of course I clicked on another "no tip" option. I always tip staff in restaurants and hotels quite well, but one does not tip ownership (if owners want more, then they should charge more!) While this is obvious enough in a hotel, I have stayed in B and B's about 10 times and have never experienced a tip nudge. I am sure though that lots of guests feel pressured into tipping. Not a good way to get repeat business!
