Affordable considering the quality of the room. Very accessible location. Has ac, refrigerator, electric kettle and hot shower. Tho the latter didn't work on the first day due to power interruption but they called a plumber and fixed it.

Air conditioning not working properly when the power when out the generator didn’t stay long have to wait in the morning for them to come. They have to fix their air con and they should make sure their generator would last at least for the whole night

The hotel was very clean. Accomodating staffs. Spacious room.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I recommend this hotel.

Had great experience just like last time I stayed here.
The place is clean.

Near the Ayala Mall.

Terrible place for an American who expects a decent place:
1. no elevator
2. no front desk/lobby or security, ran out of office when someone is there.
3. Drain in bathroom floor was clogged so it did not drain.
4. Funky smell in room.

We are family of 4. The room is big enough for all of us. The bed is comfy. The space is clean. The surroundings is convenient with easy access to restaurants and groceries

Beautiful view of Mt Mayoon volcano from my room and from the balcony below. Had everything I needed.

Property and room itself was fine for a single night stay. My issue was that I wanted to do a late check in and have tried to contact thebproperty numerous times. The phone number they had posted on Expedia and Facebook pages do not work and I even had Expedia try to contact them to no avail because none of the details were updated. No complimentary drinking/bottled water or even instant coffee provided.

Its very disappointing place to stay.
very small room, no window, very tiny bathroom, lots of red ants, they don't clean the room during occupied. I clean myself every day for 5 days stay. by the way i borrow theirs stuff for cleaning the bathroom. no wonder why disappointing place to stay even toilet brush was rusty and too old. I bet they don't use cleaning chemical because i have to buy from the store. Toilet paper i have to buy for my own to use. No 1 problem is safety issue. why this property is no window at all? why and how they get a licence to run the business if is not safe for their guest.

Had An issue with hot water , it was late evening, spoke with the owner , they responded that evening , got a hot shower, really appreciated, thier promptness, I do believe the office phone numbers and email need to be updated, at least on Expedia site , don't know about any other sites

AC working great and silent. Check-in outside of office hours should be arranged before you arrive. My room was in the third floor but I only have a backpack, so it was not difficult. There was a harmless house spider. Although the room has a mini refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee cups, and drinking glasses, there was no bottled water, no instant coffee or tea bags.

The worst place in all philippines. the staff is the worst in the world. we also missed a flight because they didn't pick us up.

This property has a really good location surrounded by malls and overlooking mayon on the room we booked, but the front desk is not always open, it's hassle to check in, and we had to contact them first. They also have luggage storage for guests who will check out to have overnight stays in other places, and go check in the hotel again

It was not good as I hoped it was. There were roaches on the desk/table. The room felt claustrophobic, but at least the beds and pillows were comfortable.
We asked information about taxis to airport but the staff wasn't helpful because she doesn't know anything.
The view from the patio was fantastic though, looking out to Mayon Volcano.
Location was good, close to shops and restaurants.

The room was great, location is very accessible but the cons was the security, I don’t feel a bit safe because there is no security guard on the parking space nor before you enter the premises but overall it was a pleasant stay.

The room was pleasant and simple. It has all the basic stuff that you need.. However, I'm not pleased with the bathroom. The drainage of the room where I stayed in is broken. Took a while for the water to go down which makes it harder to take a shower.

We got the Room 2 and had the magnificient view of Mayon Volcano from the bedroom
Location is closed to Pacific and Ayala Mall
With Korean and local restos at same building
Microwave and some kitchen utensils are available
There are Kettle and hairdryer too
The only downside is for those with heavy stuffs.There is no elevator. Be prepared to use the stairs.
Otherwise all good.
