Courteous staff.

The property was both clean and organized both inside and outside. What I did not like was having to wait for somebody to show up to check us in.

But not the worst by far. The place was comfortable! It definitely needs some up grades but okay for an older motel. The internet comes and goes. The breakfast was nil!

Perfect for my one night stop, slept well, nice staff and acceptable simple breakfast. Just what i needed. TY

It was clear that there is a lack of staff. I sometimes expect that when arriving late an office might be closed. To that end we purposely arrived mid afternoon to a closed office. The room was available and clean, so in those respects we are quite satisfied with Mount Blue Motel. We had hoped to see staff present by the time we left at 8 am but did not.

Smaller than expected. The bed was uncomfortable. The staff was in and out without notice so the hours the office was opened varied. We did not get a room clean daily and our bedding was never washed.

Good place to crash, shower worked well, got upgraded to a bigger room, no issues with late check in. Friendly staff in the morning. Good value for the money

The checking in process was very efficient and welcoming, The staff person was very pleasant and professional. We enjoyed our stay. The one suggestion I would make is to have some chairs outside where one could sit and enjoy the fresh air and scenery.

Very nice rooms, newly renovated. Almost no personnel on site. Had to call if anything was needed. Very prompt in taking care of you from off site.

we were the only one staying at this property and the staff were not there most of the time. We only had one breakfast one out of 3 days. The towels and linens are too worn and faded.

Office closed because of lack of staff when we arrived. Breakfast was supposed to be included but door locked so didn’t get breakfast even though they confirmed the hours it was available the night before. The one person on staff told us she was running back and forth between two hotels. Even thought a budget hotel, wouldn’t recommend.

The room was not as expected, no remote for tv, beds damp from ?? Office closed and no one there late as well as closed in the AM although a continental breakfast was advertised as included but not provided. Had to drop room key in key drop to checkout. Not very pleased!

It’s about 45-50 from sugarloaf and an hour from Sunday river. The place is in average condition for a cheap motel. Not nice but not dirty. Whatever. I’ve stayed here twice and would again. It’s clean and works for me, a cheapskate who’s not wanting to do much besides shower and sleep at my accommodations. I wish the room had a microwave.

We stayed here the night before a ski day. We checked in late to our room. The host left us a note that they were gone for the night and left our room unlocked for us. The bathroom and sheets were nice and clean. The carpet is old and the room is a bit dated. I thought there was breakfast but maybe it opened after we left at 6:45 am to head to the mountain. We would stay there again. The price was right, it was safe and clean enough. Thanks!

Property is an old and a little musty but for a cheap place to stay it is fine.

Bedding was sub par. Large stain on bed to the right. Snow wasn't shoved and had to strp over piles to get to room.

There was no one when we arrived at the property. There was no continental breakfast. The room and bathroom were very small. There was not even a hook to hang your coats.

0 stars do not stay here, we booked a 2 night stay and nobody was there to check us in when we arrived. Their office hours said between 8 am -10 pm and checkin time was between 3pm-10pm. We arrived at 4pm and waited hours for someone to show up at the office and both numbers left on the door to call were left unanswered. We were forced to stay somewhere else for the night. The next day we returned in the morning to see if anyone was in the office, but nobody was. Then on our way home from skiing sugarloaf around 3 pm the next day still nobody. I am considering taking legal actions.

No ne to greet us. No coffee in room. Office in am closed. No breakfast. Found not with room number with unlocked door and key inside on table.

Staff did not show up for check in. I called the phone numbers taped to the front door and received no call back. I requested help from Expedia CSR. They didn’t answer the CSR either. I was left with filing for a refund and finding another place to stay. The hotel decided the slights of not answering the door or posted phone numbers were not enough and refused to refund my 5 night booking. I am considering legal action regarding their fraudulent actions.

I booked my stay based on reviews, so I'm going to give it to you straight. The young woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. That's the only nice thing I can say. The room was so malodorous that it made me ill, and I had to escape right after checking in and didn't come back until it was time to go to sleep. My plans to sit in my room and work had to be scrapped. I thought of asking to change rooms but from the looks of things, I figured all the rooms were in the same condition. The carpet was old and I can't imagine when it was last cleaned thoroughly. Everything was old and worn out in the TINY room and there was an actual hole in the wall. As for amenities, I was provided with two minuscule bars of soap and shampoo in a tiny envelope. The sheets at least looked clean, but I didn't dare to pull up the blanket or comforter. It was one of those situations. I've stayed at a lot of motels and this is nowhere near the "cute" "retro" experience you might be hoping for. They ought to charge half of what they are charging, but with hotel prices going up everywhere you might be tempted, like I was, by its relatively low price. Don't stay here unless you want to be miserable. I should also add that if you are a woman traveling solo, as I was, you do NOT want to stay here. The other travelers I saw could only be described as sketchy at best. I didn't sleep at all and finally escaped at 5am and went and spent my morning at a Dunkin' Donuts until I had to go to my job

Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was there was no coffee in the room and wish the breakfast was earlier 7:00 am would have been better

Small, but it's all we needed. Just to sleep and shower. Fridge, AC, microwave work fine.

The room was smelly. The housekeeper vacuumed it again but the smell did not disappear. The sheets were not washed for us. The breakfast was not enough. We didn't get enough bread or juice. The cheese was in a bulk for everyone to use instead of per person package. The soap in the room was not enough for 5 people and we didn't get hand soap either.

Very pleased w our room. Might suggest a better lit road sign for customers arriving after dark, the driveway entrance is very hard to see and the road is busy . All good otherwise, plenty of towels, pillows and a comfy bed. Looks like it was newly updated.
