The guy at the front desk was not very pleasant at first, not rude. He was not welcoming. The entrance has a vehicle that is smashed up right in the front to walk in, the entrance is not clearly marked. Carpets in hall and going to my room were not vacuumed. I was asked to put 50 dollar cash deposit that i would get back at check out. I was willing to over look all of that because I paid a cheap rate. I went into my room and the room doors have about a 2 inch gap between the floor and the bottom of the door. There were guest down stair and down the hall that were clearly having fun and one that was upset. They all sounded like they were in my room. They need carpet rooms because every noise echos in the room and the bed rolled and was unstable. When the bed rolled (I only sat on corner) it showed that clearly under the bed was not cleaned or maybe the employee swept everything under the bed? I did not feel safe. I was in the room a whole 15 mins and I had to leave and get a room somewhere else. I went to the desk waiting but I was uneasy about all the commotion and left my room key on the counter. The man ran after me and at that point was kind and asked how they could improve and if I was okay. However, he did not ask me to go back in to give my cash deposit back to me and did not even offer to refund one of my two nights i booked and now chose to go to a safer area as I was a female alone.For the price i mean you get what you pay for, right??

ask for a deposit. I've stayed at many hotels in Billings and nobody else in town asks me for deposits.

I did not like the room. I soon I enter the room I could see the see boxsprings stains, and bed sheets dirty, Toilet and washroom floor was also dirty. I understand that it is cheap but they should clean up and bed should be in a good condition.

No working shower. The next morning the clerk got snarky...telling me ' nobody else complains'. The next day, i had to stay again, they tried to give me the same room, i asked if the shower had been fixed?NOPE!
When i refused to take the room without a working bath, the clerk refused to give me a different room....so i had to spend an hour on the phone getting my reservation canceled.

Bathroom was in disrepair. Shower head coming apart, faucet old and worn. Over all an old property but less expensive.

The box spring was bare and damaged, mattress was bare as well (no fitted sheet) just sheets on top. Bed frame was on wheels on a LVP floor, jump into bed and surf across rhe room! Shower head was damaged. We slept in our clothes on top of the comforter, checked out the next morning and got a room somewhere else.

Old facility back door security lock broken and air -heat rattled and couldn’t control so we unplugged it. Front desk person was very nice

I needed a place to stay for one night, I chose this property because it was economically friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was easy to find, inexpensive and no bed bugs although there was an interesting fellow hopping around on the bed. I thought it was a spider but my boyfriend wasn't so sure. Other than that, bed was comfortable shower was hot and I slept well.

Ordinary hotel room. Very clean and quiet. Dimly lit.
Included a fridge (no freezer section), coffee maker, chest of drawers, dining table and chairs.
King size bed had one queen size blanket on it. Mattress was too firm for my taste but in good condition - no lumps or sags. Electrical cords were strung about from heater/AC unit due to misplaced wall outlet.

There is bugs in the room, also dirty people live in the rooms, drugs in and out of the hotel all the time.

I was pleasantly surprised by my room. It was clean, look like new floors. Bathrooms are old, but clean for the price. I will stay here again the staff was friendly.

Middle of the ghetto, crackheads walking around at all hours. The secured doors have a sign saying they lock but the key readers are broken so anyone can enter at all hours. And my room didn't have a table or dresser, just a busted creaky bed and an open floor. Other rooms had furniture but mine apparently didn't. Avoid like hell

It is good. Unfortunately, the first time we were put in a room that had not been cleaned, but they changed it immediately after we mentioned it. The girl in the front was very nice. In the next room, the light in the ceiling was not working, only the lateral one. But it was fine; we were there only for the night. There was not much water flow, and the shower was hot.

It is a nice hotel. The room is very big in most standard though the facility is somewhat of old and out of fasion. the room was quiet and confortable. We had a nice ovenight stay.

I’ve stayed at a lot of inexpensive hotels and never had an issue. I wish I could say this was the same, but it wasn’t. My husband found a small bag of weed on the side table. Like, a comically small bag. This made me question the cleanliness of the room, but at midnight I had no choice but to sleep here. There was also no fire alarm, and the queen bed was two twin beds pushed together. Hardest bed I’ve every slept on, and any movement you made caused a huge squeaking noise. However, the service was lovely and easy, and a low deposit is always a plus. All in all, i will not be staying here again. I wish I could say something different but when I question how clean a place is, I’m not impressed.

Bed and furniture need to be upgraded. Bathroom was upgraded already and has a great shower.

Looked for a reasonably priced room. Large room, beds okay but visible box springs dirty and tattered. Live cockroach ran under the bed. Had to go to front desk to ask for pillows. None in room. Desk clerk was helpful in bringing pillows and sufficient towels. Would not choose to return.
