Pros: Friendly desk staff, good location
Cons: Overcharged by $135.60 for our 2 night stay, dirty bedding, dusty room that smelled of mold/mildew, once the free breakfast was gone they did not restock (we saw 6 other families come to look for breakfast that was gone before the breakfast window closed).

Hotel was a little run down elevator was not workin stay for 4 nights and house keeping never showed up

Everything was clean, in good condition, and nicely updated. Only downside was our breakfast, which would have been great, but at 8:am, ran out of food. Waited 20 minutes for more food to be brought out. Refilling service for this was too slow for a Saturday morning.

Everything was great except the temperature of the room. We set the air conditioner to 63 degrees and the thermostat never showed below 73 degrees. We were warm all night and, as a result, none of us slept well.

We have really had problems with service and cleanliness at hotels we have stayed at this year. It was nice to walk into a hotel with higher standards of service and cleanliness. We stay here every year and have always had great stay.

Pleased with the overall stay with 1 exception. The bed in our room, 416, felt very soft and caved into the middle, like it was an old mattress.

Willis was terrific, accommodating and welcoming. Facility was clean and caters to business travelers which I prefer.

I really liked and enjoyed my stay at the property. The only thing I wanted to point out that I did not like that much was that breakfast went on until 10 a.m. and at 9:59 they were already picking up everything so if you were halfway through your breakfast and needed to get something else or wanted an extra cup of coffee or wanted a spoon everything was gone by 10:01.

The hotel staff was very friendly, room was clean, breakfast was good. Located very close to shopping and dining.
I really wish the the bathroom in the guest rooms had an exhaust fan. The moisture and steam from showers lingered a very long time, making it harder to get ready in the morning.

For a Fairfield, this is not what I expected. The hotel overall is dated and could use a lot of updates. Cleaning could have been a little better. Particularly the bathroom in the room. Breakfast was, eh. I would rate it a 2 out of 5. Pool is small and so is the fitness room. For the price I paid, I would not stay here again. It’s definitely not worth the price. Again, for a Fairfield, it is definitely lacking. They would definitely have to do some updating and more cleaning for me to return at that price.

This hotel is a good place to stay. Rooms are always clean. The beds are firm and the pillows are way too flat. Always wake up with a temporary backache or neckache for stacking the pillows. The breakfast isn't that great, and we always skip it. But I would still stay here again. This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. Staff is wonderful. Location to MSU is within a few miles.

The staff was excellent going above and beyond helping with the simplest requests. The property and rooms were very clean. The breakfast choices were great with something for everyone. The area had lots of choices for dining and felt safe. The Walmart and Sams Club on the other side of the shopping plaza was very convenient along with all the other stores. All in all a great location and great place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

The person working the desk when I arrived at 630 pm on Friday was fantastic

Great location, easy on and off the highway. Check in took more than 1/2 hour but there was only one person working the front desk and a huge group of people trying to check in that were there for a conference. I think the desk clerks name was Mr Wilson and he was fabulous - never lost his cool, had a long line, with many questions from guests. Would for sure stay again and reccomend as well.

Nice motel. Good breakfast. every thing worked. Staff was very friendly and helpful.I had inadvertently booked a one day stay instead of 2. They reached out to me by phone and I just had to sign again. No hassle and my stuff stayed in the room while I was out for that day. Nice solution to possible disrupting event. :)
