It is an excellent guest house, has a very reasonable price, and is a convenient location-walking distance to the river taxi at Pra-Artit pier. Friendly and accommodating staff, clean. It is a quirky and charming guest house, not a hotel. Come in with an open mind, and you will love it. Walking distance to party alleys at Koa San road but in a quiet neighborhood.

I stayed for two nights in a small room with a shared toilet and shower. It was convenient, being within walking distance of Khao San Road. The room was small, with only two beds and no table. However, the shower room had shampoo and body wash, towels were provided, and the room was cleaned daily.
There were cafes and restaurants nearby, so I didn't include breakfast. Drinks and other items could be purchased at the reception. The reception staff was friendly. It's inexpensive, so it only has basic facilities, but I think it's OK. Choosing a room with a private toilet and shower might have made it a little more comfortable. However, it's perfectly adequate for just sleeping. (There are mosquitoes, so mosquito repellent is necessary.)
