great hotel, as expected. Neat room and bathroom, toilet. Breakfast booked on site, sufficiently extensive for the €10.50 costs. key and check-in document were ready and you could check it yourself due to the lack of a receptionist and then continue to the room. Further settled at a later time. Fine.

Great stay with all the amenities needed. Very welcoming staff and a relaxed and enjoyable environment. We would gladly come back!

I chose this hotel for an overnight stop on our way home from a holiday in Italy. I liked the peace and quiet of the rural setting. I also liked the old-fashioned feel of the hotel (it still used lock & key to open the room door)
The rooms were clean, the bathroom spacious and my husband & I preferred that the toilet was separate. It was convenient that the restaurant could provide an evening meal, as well as breakfast, as we were tired from a long day on the road. The food and wine were delicious and reasonably priced
I did need my rusty French, as none of the staff spoke much/any English, but we managed to communicate and they were all helpful
