Beautiful view of the bay from every room! Great restaurant by the pool with a view as well. Many steps to climb, which were worth climbing. Very nice all round

Check in and out went super smooth, lots of steps though if that's an issue, no elevator. Building is cool but aging, staff was awesome. The pool is small but nice only 2 rypes of beer, no light beer. Approximately an 8-10 walk to the start of town... but taxis are reasonable and very available.

Great staff, very comfortable room and wonderful views

We stayed 6 nights with another couple in April. We had a king suite with a cool tub on the patio. That cool tub was the saving grace for this place, really enjoyed it! We were on the 3rd floor, 87 stairs from street up to our room! No elevators here! Thank heavens for the cool tub lol. Room: king bed was comfy, slept well. A/C worked great. Big sectional couch, large bathroom/closet area, walk in shower. Again, cool tub was awesome, great view if you don’t look straight down. Just on the bathroom faucet I found micro tiny bugs all over it, no where else in room, was weird. Amenities: main pool was too warm to hang out in. Restaurant food was good, we had breakfast a couple times and 1 dinner the day we got there. Lobby is only one small desk, nothing else. No ice machines here, you must bring ice from town. Staff were not helpful. Example of a few… We asked if they could cut up a watermelon we bought, they straight up just said no and gave us a tiny short steak knife to use. Only one person, seemed to be manager, knew a little English, no one else. Side note… There were two absolutely amazing restaurants nearby, only open for dinner. One across the street was a little upper scale, must make reservation a day or two ahead. The other down a little bit on the left, upstairs patio, yellow building I believe… husband and wife run it, very personable and mouth watering food and drinks. He cooked the tequila shrimp right at our table! We are here twice it was so good!
