we stayed 3nights, clean bathroom, nice breakfast n friendly employees.
parking very narrow and floor carpet seem to be a bit old.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I got a room with my window to the street, it was a second floor and I could hear all the noises from the cars. They should include earplugs

I was surpised that the room we got came with a kitchen, weve stayed at a few hotels throughout the year but we never got a kitchen, it may seems like a small amenities to other but we really enjoyed that. We also loved the look of the lobby and the complementary breakfast 😋 . The firepits and laundromat were quite nice too. We will definitely be coming back.

The studio suite had an interesting layout that I thought would not work well for my husband and I. In fact it was perfect. The bed is not separated from the main room but having it tucked in the corner allowed my husband to get up and work in the living area while I blissfully slept in. That being said, request a room that does not face the main road and bring earplugs just in case because our room was incredibly noisy!

Room was very clean and nicely set up and equipped. Had an issue with no air conditioning in room. Was told they were having issues with their air conditioning and was offered a fan. Seems like it was an ongoing issue. Fortunately, it was not that hot, but if it had been, it would have been a big problem. Lots of noise from road made opening windows a problem. Expected better.

I loved that there were kitchen appliances in the room, really loved the dish soap and scrub mommy/daddy to use- very unique and it made my day, and also the 24/7 convenient store down in the lobby. Breakfast was phenomenal and loved every bit of my stay!! Friendly, amazing, and efficient staff, great company overall.

Everything is good but the staff. When I wanted some butter, which was included in breakfast, the staff just said "NO WAY". I could expect much better services in an even cheaper hotel.

My check in was at 3 however there was a huge inconvenience and I wasn’t able to check in until almost 8 and after been told it would only be 20 more min multiple times, I had to use the bathroom lobby to get ready for my event. I wasn’t given a discount for any of the inconvenience.

Really enjoyed close proximity to highway and old town, however it was very inconvenient that during my entire stay the elevator to the parking was inoperable and I had to walk with luggage/ bags down to the parking garage. And then only one of the main elevators in building worked. Overall it was “$219” a night. Which at the end it was $282 with taxes and hidden CA fees, and daily $25 parking rate.

Nice hotel with good hot breakfast, nice outdoor area with pool and whirlpool. Had fire pits and BBQ area. Great location to walk to south Pasadena restaurants and stores. Great location to hop on/off freeways.

Property was clean unfortunately one of the elevators was broken. It took some time to get down/up to our room. The stairs to get to the 3rd floor wasnt as convenient since i have a weakened knee. Otherwise, place was nice and staff friendly.

At 4am I discovered there was no soap or shampoo in my room. I went to the front desk where the person manning it was hiding from a man standing outside the locked front door. When I asked for soap and shampoo they reacted as if I was speaking Martian, wanted me to wait for the Front desk person to return. Told me the soap and shampoo were located in a mount under the shower head. When I said there was neither soap nor shampoo in the mount, they didn't believe me. It wasn't until I raised my voice that the this person opened a drawer and grabbed a wrapped soap bar and a single container of shampoo. So much for hospitality.

The A/C in our room wasn't working so they gave us a mobile unit. This unit had to have the exhaust pointed out the window so 1) the room became extremely loud w/ all the traffic/music outside 2) the smog was now in our room and we immediately started coughing after the first night 3) they offered a fan as a solution but that would only push around hot air. Extremely disappointed!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was excellent role is clean. Everyone was polite nice food was excellent for breakfast. But this time for my stay, I entered the room. It wasn’t that clean. The bathroom sink was stopped up. The kitchen sink has stopped up.

It was amazing. The staff were really nice and I love how convenient it is to get around places. Only thing I have a complaint about would be the elevators .... its so slow!

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! Front desk personnel very helpful, except the personnel at check-in were not aware of safe-deposit boxes behind front desk. Found out on day of departure that they were there. Parking was convenient. Signage for the hotel was not at eye-level. Lighting in bathroom insufficient over vanity. Location was good.

The hotel room was clean, I turned on the television and greeted me with my name, kitchen was clean, refrigerator was clean. Their breakfast was awesome. Everything was fresh bacon, eggs, waffles, fruit oatmeal with different toppings, coffee, orange juice.

Amazing. Great location and staff. Only one suggestion: I think a simple directional sign to the walkway to the parking garage would be helpful. Loved out stay at this beautiful property.

This was a perfect location for going to the Huntington Gardens and taking an Uber to a Dodgers game.

Incredibly courteous and helpful staff. Literally everyone! Clean property. Well laid out. Bfast included the solid basics. Attended to well by staff. Rooms incredibly comfortable. Will look for other like properties when we travel.

Parking was very tight. Hard to maneuver in and out. Kind of scary having to park so far below as a single female; would have appreciated security guard visibility. Room was nice and comfy and very clean. Appreciate the amenities. Loved the mountain view, especially with the rare Cali snow!
