We had the most beautiful experience at this hotel, everything was superb. We would love to come back. Such a beautiful place, and fantastic service, room with a view, and magnificent stay. <3

We liked almost everything about this property except, the absolute price gouging for beer! Wine and cocktails are pricey, yet in the ballpark of what to expect at a resort. A small Bintang runs 70k and a large is 125k! It is at least 2.5 times the rate at comparable establishments.
It meant that we did not enjoy the hotel food and bar because it simply was over the top.
We enjoyed the equipment in the gym, but they didn’t turn the AC on! Working out in 30 degrees at 8am was challenging. We did ask for AC, but a language barrier prevented a resolution. I don’t think the hotel reception understood.
It is a beautiful place otherwise!

Our room was lovely. Dinner at the Kliff was overpriced and service mediocre. We pursued our breakfast in the room option to its conclusion (not an easy task!) and the outcome was a complete joke.

One of the hest hotels ive ever stayed in. With a private outdoor pool and a fantasic service, this hotel is a dream resort!! From the room, cleanliness, facilities, restaurants etc. Every aspect was like out of a movie - stunning. Watching the sunset everyday on the beach, its been 10/10!! And a huge thanks to Dwi from the restaurant staff for making our holiday extra special.

Its clean and awesome view from the room. The pool was great. Breakfast with nice variety spread of choises.
The aircon in the room dissapointed as its not cool. The location is not a walking distance to town area. There are no choises of restaurant nearby outside the hotel. Practically you have to dine in hotel.
Overall its a nice hotel to return.

I had an amazing stay at the katamaran resort and I want to give a special shout-out to Yadi! His constant smile and positive energy truly brightened up my days. His service was exceptional—attentive and always going the extra mile. The hotel itself offers breathtaking sea views, and everything was impeccably clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and highly recommend it. Thank you, Yardi, for making my stay memorable and the katamaran resort for providing a wonderful experience!

The property were located near the beach and during sunset we were able to see MT Agung from Bali. The staff were very friendly and the service excellent. The resort is well kept. The only setback is their breakfast, its too odinary as it does not reflect as a 5 star resort. Pls do not the resort os abt 1hr 15min away from the airport.Overall me and my wife truly enjoy the stay there for 4night to celebrate our anniversary. Will definitely be back again.

The snorkeling tour provided by the hotel was wonderful. The guide was very friendly and kind to beginner like me and I was able to see sea turtles several times. The sea of Lombok is very beautiful and colorful with corals and many kinds of fishes. The hotel is close to the port.
The food at the kliff restaurant in the hotel was delicious.
The hotel staffs were nice and view from my room was great.

Everything from start to finish was a complete experience. Tranquility of the resort was something we were looking from our trip to Lombok. Katamaran was just the right choice. The villas with private pool offered privacy and the perfect place to rest. Services and facilities work and are clean and they have the best staff!
You can have the best infrastructure and land but the staff is the part that makes the place. Here in Katamaran every single one who we met from the staff was amazing. Yadi from the staff helped us with everything more than we could expect. Really one of the best hospitality professionals I've met.
To sum it up, Katamaran is going to my top favorite hotels and we hope to have the opportunity to return maybe even next year.

The hotel was lovely, we had a private villa which had a nice little pool where we spent most of our time. The infinity pool in the main area looks out to sea which is perfect for sunset, you can get a cocktail and sit in the pool watching the sun go down.
The food here was amazing, they have 2 resturants both have amazing views out to sea. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was relatively modern.

Rooms are very impersonal, no light, no windows with nice view.
Service is just horrible, you wait all the time.
Pool is nice but if you don't book your place early in the morning, no transat is available for the day. There's no management, no cleaning and no space.

Nice resort, friendly and helpful staffs. Kliff Bistro was nice. Booked one of the day tours but the local guide at Taman Narmada was not so good and did not provide much explanations. Tipping was given but he requested for more.

Lovely calm resort right on a beach with lovely waters and waves. There are also two decent sized pools for lounging around overlooking the ocean. Great place for relaxing in Lombok . The resort is so great you don’t feel the need to leave to adventure out…and the staff are ALL amazing !!

This is my third time in Katamaran over the past 5 years. Of course, I always ended up coming back because I like my previous stay. But this time was different. I don’t think I will come back anytime soon.
The condition of the hotel is certainly worn out. The facilities have not being renovated in the past couple of years, so you can notice the hotel could use a good renovation anytime soon.
The service was good as always, but the prices of the food and drinks have gone up. Overall, I would give it a 7 or 8 out of 10, as the hotel view and infrastructure is still amazing, but the facilities are already a bit old and asking for renovation.

The hotel is set in a beautiful area, landscape and views are amazing. The beach is clean, sand is soft and water is so inviting. The Kliff restaurant is a definite must go!

Our stay at Katamaran was generally a pleasant one. Staff members were attentive and absolutely pleasant, some of the most beautiful souls. The hotel is beautiful and the views of the sea are breath taking. However, the only 2 things that was not good are the fact that there was nothing much to do or see in the area and that there were always people trying to sell us stuff on the beach while we tried to have lunch or dinner. It took away from my peace and relaxation

The only 5 star hotel you'll ever visit without functional warm water showers, completely unacceptable! We talked to the reception 3 times and they assured us nothing was wrong with our water supply, they said the maximum temperature was 32 °C, ours was colder than that, but anyways, 32°C is too cold!
No effort was made to give us any kind off compensation or give us another room.......
The food in the restaurants was good but waaayy over priced. Local restaurants have likewise, or better food, at a 1/3 the price.
The staff was in general very friendly!!!
They have a good fitness center, with beautiful view!

Very nice and clean resort hotel , with good restaurants and gym.. but beach is not pleasant due to not smooth surface with a lot of stones , hotel's tap water is salty , and very weak cellphone signals .

We loved the pool with glass walls. We loved our room and its bathtub. We enjoyed dining at the restaurants but while some dishes were really very good, some dishes were underwhelming.
