We checked in on a Saturday night, and found a hoodie and used socks in our room. The sink backed up, which they didn't come to fix until our second complaint on Tuesday, and the curtains were off their rails, which of course they thought we did (we did not). When we reported the issues to staff, we had to interrupt her personal calls on her cell phone. Room service was pleasant the first day, but day 2 they didn't even make the beds, just laid the sheets back on top of the beds. Took our dirty towels, but didn't leave new ones. Twice we had to go back down to get the towels we needed. Lastly, despite us having booked through Tuesday night, we were told the hotel was fully booked that night, and that our stuff was behind the counter for when we returned. Thankfully, they let me back into the room to ensure morning was left behind, because they were not very thorough in checking the room. It turned out to be Hotels.com's fault for the missing night, but the hotel's lack of communication led to a huge, stressful problem that caused our trip to end early. The hotel is reasonably clean, but the staff and service is AWFUL. When we return, we will be staying anywhere but here.

Quiet, clean, comfortable. Perfect for a one night stay visiting our son, daughter-in-law and baby grandson! Very nice complimentary breakfast spread. Planning on staying here again.

The wedding was at Huntingdon Valley CC and the reception was at Cairnwood Estate. Fairfield Inn was the wedding party's hotel and it was 13 minutes from each venue. I booked the Studio King and it was plenty of room with a small office area and a foldout couch. Fine for a one night stay.

Based on other hotels what we did NOT see was odd people wandering parking lot, hallways that smell like cigarettes or pot, no kids playing in the halls, no bugs, plenty of towels and comfortable bed. Only complaint is not many safe outlets - there were a lot but they were 3AMP Maxinum - didn’t feel safe plugging CPAP or laptop power supply unless it was a wall outlet as they pull just about or more than 3 amps.

It was clean. One of the managers came around at breakfast to see if everything was okay both days we stayed. The breakfast had healthy options like egg white, kale & feta cheese frittatas, lots of add ons for oatmeal, yogurt. Staff was friendly.

Super clean property. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The woman running breakfast on 2/18 worked hard keeping everything filled and she did it with a smile. She was warm and welcoming.

This is a lovely hotel. The room is spacious & comfortable, the lobby has a nice setting of tables & booths (so you are not stuck in your room if you don't want to be), and the staff were friendly.

I’ve stayed many times at this Fairfield Inn. The staff is always pleasant, the hotel guest rooms are clean and comfortable. The lobby, breakfast area, and elevators are always clean. As a single woman traveling alone, I feel very safe at this hotel.

The views are amazing, paid parking available.

The rooms were not updated and the shower and fridge were not clean.

All the staff was friendly. Amber was great with it check-in. Nice, quiet, clean room. Decent breakfast with many choices. Would stay here again

Staff was very friendly and efficient. The water for the shower was not hot enough, just barely warm enough for a quick shower. Breakfast was fair, the orange juice was watered down. I would stay there again, mainly because of the staff and cleanliness, but breakfast needs improvement.

Very good breakfast. Friendly. No daily room service which is less than ideal and enough to impel me to look for a nearby hotel that does. Felt like hallways needed vacuuming and that was true at check in at 2pm. Room seemed adequately cleaned.
