They ought to supply a couple of glasses or even just plastic ones. Just a small thing in an otherwise good 2 star hotel.

Perfect for one night stay prior to early flight from Heathrow. Breakfast not served until 7am, too late for me so had to miss.

The family room we were given needed updating.
It was a little cramped. Our view from the window was a court yard which was full of rubbish, takeaway ,food, bottles etc. However staff were ok, breakfast was good and it was about 3 minutes walk to the train station. 5 minute walk was the shops,Asda etc.
