I left a toiletry bag and housekeeping put it aside for me to collect the next day . Very thoughtful .

We attended a Xavier Basketball game and stayed for a night. The room was clean, the hotel location was convenient. There were only very small issues with a light in the bathroom not working and the bathroom door was missing some hardware. We would stay here again.

Breakfast items were very limited and the staff seemed flustered. One guest asked if there was any more oatmeal and it’s like they took it to the back room and added water. There were no eggs and someone had to ask, then they opened the bag and made some. No variety of tea, coffee was cold,….just seemed off for a Hampton. Questionable English speaking, so not sure they fully understand what guests were requesting. Disappointing Hampton stay since this was a surprise little getaway for my husband, traveling south.

This is not a typical Hampton Inn that we have always found to be a 4/5 star lodging. It seems that the manager isn’t aware of many basic needs and hasn’t trained the desk staff adequately as the young man who was there at our check-in was unable to answer some of the most basic questions we had. This was a disappointing stay after previous stays at a Hampton Inn in Carlisle, PA

Great hotel and area! Perfect spot in between Kings Island and Cincinnati. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

My ac made tons of noises throughout the night , definitely needs fixed. I could not get any sleep. Upon arrival, my tv did not work . No other room was offered instead the front desk said maintenance was coming. 20 mins later there was no one. I end up finding the issue.

Everthing was great except that our foot rest in the shower was broken and cracked.

Hotel was nice, clean, well lit hallways. Pool was clean and decent sized. Only thi g I would suggest, is that they need another waffle maker, there was a line for the one.
Sammys burgers are right next door. Good food. But they do have a surgcharge to use plastic.

On the first day we notice that the bath tub drain was slow and wait for the next day.It was worst and reported to the front desk.Breakfast was not that good.

Overall okay stay! We were super bummed that the water was freezing in the pool as that was a major reason we chose this hotel. They had a decent breakfast selection which was nice. Our room had multiple spots where it felt like maintenance band-aided a problem (ie: unpainted drywall mudded spots on the wall, screws sticking out where they had screwed through the wall into the closet space, unknown gunk on the ceiling etc). The area felt quiet enough with options for groceries dining.

The staff at the front desk was asleep at 8pm. When asked multiple times if there is a lost and found collection, they said no. Really - no one loses anything while in a hotel? The hallway carpet was very dirty. The hallways reeked of weed. The pool was not heated. This was a poor experience for my young family.

The lady w long dark hair(maybe India) extremely rude acted like I was a pain in her rear when she had to get pillows for me. I heard grunt like she was disgusted. Daytime gal at the front was super sweet!! Beds were awful. Mattresses old. It hurt me to sleep on them. For the money you pay should have been better

This hotel was fairly nice for the price but was a bit off the main travel path. I would say that the service and breakfast was absolutely fine for our stay and that I might stay again. The main factor is that it appears it may be in or on the edge of an industrial or corporate park area that wasn’t the most appealing for safety, but overall was not bad at all.

Cons: We were given the wrong room when we first checked in. We were told they were totally booked and needed to wait to see if they could get us in another room. Inside of an hr.- we were in the correct room. Also, we had trouble with the key cards not working properly.
Pros: Once we settled into our new room- we were quite comfortable. The water was always hot for showering, the areas surrounding the hotel were seemed well kept and safe, they had a good hot breakfast and we weren't far from the interstate. The locale made it convenient for us to meet with family close by. Overall, a nice visit.
