room was clean but badly needed a refresh sheets and towels worn and thread bare, room needed to be painted, Curtains did not fully close, no internet ( could not connect) coffee maker did not work.. staff was good and friendly, But would never stay at this location again.... overalll rating poor

Room wasn't clean when I arrived and soap in shower was used. Had to wait 2 days for cleaning as they don't clean daily. After cleaning in 2 days, garbage left on the floor a wet towel left on floor. Complained to front desk twice but no additional cleaning was done.

Stay was fine. Internet very slow. Hotel was dog friendly but charged us $75 for 1 dog for the night. If we had known it was that much we would have chosen a different hotel

We always stay at this hotel when we travel to Elko and find it clean, comfortable, and convenient.

We stayed with our two kids and dog. They were extremely friendly, the hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were comfortable, the pool was very nice, and they had a little area for dogs to relieve themselves complete with bags to clean up after. Highly recommend this hotel if you are passing through Elko.

We were only here for 1 night, Hilton hotels are known for their value, couldn't complain about the location, just wish that there was a pool & hot tub

I think the$75 pet deposit is high. Do you realize the Wyndham chain is $25 and several other chains have no fee?

Clean and spacious. There was no hot tub and the pet fee was excessive at 75, this was not posted online when I booked the hotel, it just said pet friendly.

We have stayed at this property a few times a year since it was built. It’s a bit more expensive than other hotels in Elko, but I feel it’s the best quality. On this trip, the bed had a squeak just sitting or turning over and was soft. The towels could be upgraded, but overall, A nicely kept property and you won’t find friendlier employees. The desk staff are wonderful!

This particular building was near a casino and restaurant, as well as a market. It is also within a quick jogging distance from the airport. It’s a great place for those who are just landing and heading out into the rest of Nevada.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. My wife and I really enjoyed staying there and will again in the near future!! The pool was amazing!! Ty everyone at Hampton Inn U ROCK!!

The staff was extremely accomodating for us when we found out our travel time was going to be longer than we expected. We showed up at 3 am exhausted from our drive, and the young man at the front desk was very kind and made everything so easy. The facilities and beds were clean and pristine, allowing me to rest easy for the second part of our trip the next day. Excellent service!

Unfortunately, The Hampton in Elko has gone way down hill since I have been staying there the past few years. Wear and tear in the room, unpleasant odor, crumbs and dirt against the walls. The pool is freezing and the breakfast at 9:30 was less than desirable. Time to find a different hotel.

Nice hotel but overpriced for the money.
Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was basic, and for the price, should have included more offerings. They have a good workout room and a small pool.
There are basic amenities nearby and the hotel shares a parking lot with a smoky one-horse casino.
In sum, it’s a nice comfy place, but not a tremendous value.

Tragically I lost my dog during my trip. The staff at the hotel were very empathetic and kind, offering me support and accommodating my need to stay longer.
