Definitely not a clean spot! It's all about the experience from start to finish. The check in was fair and smooth, but the lobby was dark and dingy. The hallways to the rooms were dirty and probably haven't been vacuumed in weeks. Our room was also dirty, floors weren't swept and hair still in bed sheets and shower. For those reasons, we would not recommend this hotel.

I needed an inexpensive room while on business in Quebec City and this hotel provided everything I needed. The room was a bit rundown but very clean, and the amenities were more than sufficient. Wifi, TV with some streaming services and all the free coffee you could drink in the lobby was all I needed. Apart from checking in and out I didn't have any interaction with the staff but they were friendly enough, so they get points for that. The only downside was the choice of news channels on the TV. CNN but no FNC but being a clever guy, I manages to get FNC on a free streaming website on their TV anyway.

I've stayed here twice, it's pretty good value for the money. For best comfort, might want to bring your own pillows as theirs tend to be smaller. Parking is good, there's a Tim Hortons a block away. Front desk people are very friendly also, haven't tried the breakfast, not sure if it's still offered.

The staff and the service was really nice. Front desk helped us with many things. They translated a phone call for me since I didn’t know French. They also helped with first aid when my sister hurt her hand. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was not up to my expectations. The wifi at the hotel did not let me do anything. It is a great place if you just want to sleep. However, with the price we paid, I was hoping the unit be more clean.

They didn't let me check in because I didn't have a credit card, and I had to look for accommodation on the outskirts of the city. It was a very unpleasant moment for me and my family since I am traveling with children and my elderly mother.

I was not impressed when I realised the kitchenet hadn't been cleaned and garbage was left in the kitchen, smelling badly. Luckily the staff were apoligizing and accommodated us to a different room.

We found broken glass on the floor in the bedroom, someones sock, garbage under tbe broken bed, the blow dryer was broke apart, there was glje kn the baghroom fan switch to keep it off, the mattress had stains, no extra blankets for the pull out couch, the tub looked like it was about to fall out of the wall. Due to the fact we arrived at 2am, we went to bed. We left immediately in the morning.

There is not much around the area to walk too. Left in the earlier hour in the morning and there was no key drop off. One thing I would suggest is when they are sending out emails to you it would be really nice to have it in both languages. Just a suggestion.

We took a two bed apartment during our stay. All amenities are kind of broken and out-of-service and outdated too. Beds were broken, living room furniture were broken too. Only the amenity to admire is renovated washroom. However, location was great.
