The elevators are extremely slow

This was a terrible experience!. My husband was scheduled for surgery the next morning ,( that was the reason we booked this hotel, as it was right next to the hospital). Our surgeon had to switch to the uptown branch of the hospital , and the hotel would not allow us to cancel. Despicable!!

Excellent hotel. I want to single out Johnnie for special recognition. He handled a special request with understanding, kindness, efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in NYC.

We had a very pleasant stay. The guy who helped us check in early was soo nice and very helpful.

The hotel is efficient and clean. Breakfast is good. The bar is a ripoff. 2 bears cost me $24. Totally unacceptable.

Got a window room and it was a great view of the college next door. Great walk to Central Park and Times Square.

Excellent stay, enjoyed a day walking to Times Square, Rockefeller Centre, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Columbus square.. Staff answered text messages, provided early check in or would take care of our luggage before/after check in. Breakfast the next morning which was included so convenient. Walked to the Port for our cruise. Thx for memorable stay!

The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Hotel clean and safe and in a good location. We were going to Mount Sinai West so the location was perfect.

Welcoming staff, the staff also provided me with detailed information on my stay. clean room. Quiet lobby. No complaints. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here because my daughter was performing at Lincoln Center. This was the most convenient and walkable hotel. This was the most uninviting and unwelcoming hotel. The guests are extremely unfriendly and the majority are European. The elevators are extremely slow and tiny. I do not recommend this hotel. Housekeeping was extremely rude!! We had to ask 8 times for towels. I explained to the housekeeper that we had 4 adults staying in the rooms, so that we needed four complete sets. She became extremely argumentative and refused to provided us with the accurate number of towels!! I have never been treated so rudely by hotel staff. This hotel was outrageously expensive for the bare to minimum service. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The staff members Kerven was great helpful and friendly there was a members of staff always at the bar drinking and drank shouting all the time didn't expect that the bar prices was much higher than we expected but apart from that we enjoyed your stay

We used to stay at a hotel in hell's kitchen. For many years until it closed, we have been searching for a place that we love just as much. And found it this weekend. From the perfect staff to the perfect food servers and bartender. We now will ne staying here while in the city!! Thank you!

The parking garage to not provide a discount with validation not a good partnership

Excellent location when you drive into the city with a parking garage right next door. Easy walk to Lincoln Center and lots of good restaurants. Very friendly staff.

Stayed here because it was between the cruise terminal and central park. About 10 min walk to Central park. Lots of food nearby. Rooms were smaller than usual hotel rooms but it was big enough. The 2 elevators are a bit slow. Breakfast was included and excellent.

The location was perfect for our needs. Close to the Cruise Ship Terminal, walking distance to Central Park, and Hop on Hop off pick up and reasonable price. The rooms are on the smaller side but provide a good night’s sleep and very quiet. Staffed very well in the dining area and front desk. Disappointed when we had to extend our stay a second night, we saved them from cleaning our room and asked for extra towels but didn’t receive them. When asked a second time, front desk asked us to come down to get them rather than them bringing them to us. There isn’t an ice machine. The Bar drinks are very expensive but a generous pour of wine. Happy hour is nice. No on-site restaurant other than a breakfast buffet which has ample food to meet everyone’s needs. The staff were very accommodating when we arrived at 8am; nice patio with comfortable chairs to lounge at, use of the restrooms and allowed us to have the breakfast buffet.
