Went to Ellijay for a business trip and this was perfect for us. We were only in town 2 nights and it was very close to town, and also the vineyards in the area. Having the Walmart for necessities and the restaurants right around the hotel was super convenient. Side note the Pueblo Cantina was delicious right next to the hotel. Included breakfast was also really helpful and did the job and the small shop with supplies and food was a great addition.

The staff could not of been better trained or more friendly,
Seriously the cleanest Hotel we have ever stayed in. The breakfast has a wide choice with a staff member wanting to help with Waffles, or eggs, sausage, and cleaning after every guest. Behind on the hill is a movie theater, we don't have that nice at home. We are going to make a return trip just to stay again.

The floor in the exercise room was filthy- not stained, just had not been cleaned in a long time. Walls seem to be cardboard thin- easy to hear conversations from the next room. The only elevator in the building was out of service for about 5 hours on a Saturday morning and most folks were on the 2nd and third floors. Breakfast food - eggs were miserable. Get cereal or bagels or yogurt. The staff was very pleasant though.

The location is great. The hotel was nice and safe. The indoor pool was cool, though I wish there was a hot tub. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The room layouts are great, and I saw a recycling bin! That's big for Georgia.

Not a bad place to stay. Was told it was a new hotel but the furnishings seem a bit worn. Housekeeping was great. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was awful. Went to Starbucks across the street. We only come for long weekends since we have family in Ellijay so will probably stay there again, and just bring my own coffee since there is a Kuerig in the room.

The lady at the front desk said if we went through the website we would get the room for $100.00 a night that did NOT happen and then we got in the room and had roaches in the room… front desk lady’s really rude and unhelpful and unprofessional, very disrespectful

The only thing we didn’t like was is was very loud in the room above us. So it was very hard to sleep.

Wonderful staff, very cheery and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. Only issue was , I believe this was a handicap shower. The sprayer which was adjustable sprayed the whole bathroom no matter how I adjusted it.

Could not get toilet to flush properly for all 3 days. We were asked to plunge it one day. Used toilets outside of exercise room.
Asked for a reduced rate. They couldn’t do it because they are paid by hotels.com.
I do expect someone to pay for this.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is very convenient to walk to several restaurants and close to local attractions. The only downside was that breakfast was only served from 6-9.

The entire staff was amazing. Jessica and Pam on the front desk were so very helpful and always remembered my name. What a great clean place. The breakfast is wonderful. The housekeeping is amazing.

We enjoyed our stay. Relaxed and layed back atmosphere. Friendly staff. Indoor pool was nice to end the day. The breakfast was a wonderful way to start our active day (stress-free with no waiting). I would stay again.

Place was real nice and clean. Variety of place to eat. Bathroom was modern. Close to state road 5 which was convenient for us to contnue our trip. Breakfast was good and the attendants were courteous and friendly.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was clean and had plenty of everything. The only negative was how loud the bathroom fan was. No option to turn on the light without the fan.

Very quiet. Hotel is on the edge of town and off the road. Typical Comfort Inn. Clean enough. Nice enough.

Very comfortable beds and pillows, and the air conditioning was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, whoever makes their breakfast is great! I’ve never had scrambled eggs so fluffy and tasty at a hotel breakfast buffet.
