Recreational trip closest location we could get this year, we usually stay next town over, glad we decided to stay on this side of town gave us more opportunities at stores, shops, and restaurants

Very nice hotel. Clean with a new feeling.
The shower is great, with top shelf brands of bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, mounted on the shower wall; a very nice idea.
Nice refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, with Green Mountain coffee pods, both regular and decaf, and the same for the supplies tea bags.
Friendly staff, with several "Merry Christmas" greetings when we would meet in the lobby or hallways.
Nice, firm bed, very comfortable with great smooth and clean bed linens.
I'd not hesitate to stay again.

I reserved a wheelchair access with walk-in shower. I got a standard double queen room. The door couldn't possibly be operated by a wheel chair bound person. I arrived at 3 pm and they said their wheelchair access room was occupied. It's bait and switch.

Our front desk lady, when we first checked in one day (one) was amazing she needs a raise.. even when we got back from our visit with friends she said welcome back guys, very sweet went out out her way for us on our stay she is a keeper… I just wish I could have remembered her name. Breakfast was perfect 10/10

Everything was great except the noise. Clean and Friendly the staff very friendly and helpful. The noise from the other rooms and hallway was very loud.

Stay was great. Property was very well kept. Only complaint was the A/C unit was kind of loud so we had to adjust the temperature to not disturb our sleep.

I received exceptional service from planning to checkout for my guests for my daughter's wedding weekend. Laverne at the beginning getting all of us rooms on the same floor and organizing all my multiple reservations and the Ashley (I hope that's her name) for getting us all checked in and taking care of us during our stay. Excellent service and stay

The hotel was very nice and very clean. Our room was wonderful. The lady who checked us in was very friendly, helpful, and informative. The lady providing the food for breakfast was very friendly and hospitable. However, the last impression I had at this property was from an unfriendly and curt employee at the front desk when I was checking out. I wanted to pay for the room with cash, because that was an option I had when I made the reservation. I was quickly and rudely told I had to have exact cash. I think to her shock and surprise I did have exchange cash. I do not think there was one thing that triggered her lack of friendliness. She was at least consistent with her manner starting when she asked what did I need, to I had to have the exact amount of money, to silently handing me my receipt. I would say her manner was consistently bad for the whole check out process. This is definitely not a good last impression to have of a really nice property.

This is the worst holiday inn I've ever stayed at the bed was cratered and had holes in it. It would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The a/c unit barely worked and would cool a little then quit . The staff was not helpful or friendly and refused to give us another room.

A good overnight in Carrollton. Front desk was efficient and even called to verify our arrival time. Room was clean. Good breakfast. The best thing is the property is consistently being maintained. We enjoyed our short stay.

Beds were confortable and black-out shades made sleeping in the morning doable. Sound proofing was excellent as we didn't hear doors slamming and people talking in the hall. Breakfast was good and facility was very clean and well maintained.

Requested handicap accessible room which was not available at check-in, third floor room was a safety hazard for handicap persons in the event of fire, refrigerator was not clean, service was good, staff that I meet were friendly

Overall pretty good stay except for filthy carpet. I did not feel comfortable taking my shoes off on the carpet or in the shower, so just make sure you prepare for that.

Nice place. Hotel was quiet but the AC in my room was very noisy. Decent breakfast available. Easy in and out. Only weird thing was my room door was propped open when I got to it. I blocked door with my suitcase and checked the room for security and cleaning. It was ok but a little different.

This was our second stay here. First was flawless, this stay had a few issues. Only one door key card worked, our door was really loud opening and closing, the tv on the wall was not straight, we had no hand/bar soap, only 2 wash cloths, beds were harder than I remember from our first stay. On the positive side, great location, staff was nice, breakfast was great, the room was clean and nice other than the small inconveniences we experienced.

Located in a safe area. Outside lights are great. Breakfast was great. Not enough towels for our party in the room on arrival. We had to go to the desk to get enough. No housekeeping came to our room during our stay.

We called the hotel prior to our check in and informed of our arrival time which we were only 5 minutes early of the proposed time. We got there in low 40 degree temperatures. The doors were locked since it was after 11pm. No one responded to the call button at the door. We placed several calls and no answer. We called, knocked and pressed the call button and there was no reply of any kind. We were freezing for about 5-10 minutes when someone finally appeared. Hope that doesn’t happen to anyone else.
