Always enjoy staying at any James Place properties, never had a complaint to make. Clean, comfy, great decor, staff are always friendly and helpful. Just splendid!

Lovely place but the photos aren't too accurate. I was excited at first but underwhelmed when I saw it in real life. The room was too dark too. Location is okay and there's a nice Chinese restaurant Infront. Still worth the money though

The room smells clean as you come in, always a great start. Spotlessly clean. Rooms are ensuite with a little kitchen area, all decorated differently. We had a little table to eat at as well. Chocolates and home made Welsh cakes with milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Self check in with a pin code key box. Building felt secure. Great views of the hills from the top room. Street parking available just outside the front door. A couple of convenience stores very close. Great location for visiting Merthyr.

We stay as a couple for 3 nights. It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.
