Woke up Sunday to no hot water.

Excellent service at check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were clean and comfortable as well. Bathroom was well maintained and the shower was great. Only complaint, the bathroom door was one of the newer types in hotel rooms, the sliding door. It makes for no real privacy. About to go try the breakfast, but the room looks great. I hope the food is as well. Pics are from York Beach, about an hour away.

It was a very expensive price tag for a very basic stay - just over $800 for 2 nights. We had limited hot water throughout the stay. The location is quite rural, so food options are limited.

We checked in only to find out that our room with King sized bed was not secured as your site promised. They said that 3rd party booking always says you will get what you booked but most times not available so they only could off 2 beds. My wife and I ended up sleeping somewhere else so this was a complete waste of money. How could I even trust your site again?

Checking was exceptional. Desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean and the beds were comfy. Free hot breakfast was very tasty with a good selection of food. Eating area was very clean. I highly recommend this place!

The hotel felt new. Walking shower, firm bed, quiet, conveniently located for my purposes. Best Inn I've ever visited.

Really liked how clean it was and updated. Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Price was great too. Definitely a huge step above a lot of places in the area. I will be staying there again.

All of the staff were super polite. The hotel was very clean, and the hot breakfast was very good. It was more of a selection than I expected.

This facility was nicely redone. The entire hotel was immaculate. Full breakfast was delicious and it’s directly across the street from the casino.

Great place to stay overnight if you are on a road trip. Quiet, staff were very friendly, free breakfast! My kids loved making their own waffles! I’d def recommend to anyone who has kids and need somewhere to stay for the night or 2. This is the place to go!

Our room was filled with flies dead and alive, and I mean a lot of flies. We called the front desk for a fly swatter, showed the staff the flies and my husband spent 15 minutes trying to get rid of them all. We were promised a discount but never received it nor did we ever hear from the manager.

Good-sized room but not a lot of other amenities on the property or immediate area. Free breakfast was surprisingly good! Beds were not the comfiest.

Staff upon arrival was very welcoming and friendly. Hotel itself is fine, if not rather overpriced— but then, we were there at the height of leaf-peeper season.

Got put into an uncleaned room. Complained and the woman behind the frontdesk didn’t want to do anything about it. Acted like there was no other room in the hotel I could sleep in. Unfriendly and uninterested during both check-in and my complain.
