Bella Notte Di Spalato

This is not a real hotel. It’s basically a room for rent. They have a partnership with the Hotel Vestibule next door so you have to check in there and then wait for the owner to arrive and let you in. You also get a free breakfast from Hotel Vestibule, which was quite good. It’s a nice space and good value for the money but this is not what I expected. I wanted a real hotel with a lobby and restaurant and services. I guess it’s my fault for not doing more research into it.

This place is in a perfect location and is a unique property within the former palace. The unit was clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel next door was amazing and had so many options. The property was a bit tricky to find when we first arrived but that was largely because we weren't familiar with the area and the entrance is at the rear of the building. Would definitely stay here again.

Ivan got us checked in and also got us a parking spot for our car we are driving while we visit Croatia. He was extremely helpful and exceptionally welcoming. If you need a place to stay for a night or two you should book this room. The breakfast included with your stay that is just downstairs is also fantastic. We will be back!

This is very well located accommodation, in the palace. Slightly tucked away making it quiet but only a few metres away from the squares & promenade.
