The room was great for a cheap and cheerful overnight stay. Linen was clean and nice quality. Aircon worked well given it was 42 degrees outside There are lots of options to dine in the area that are walkable distance from the hotel. Downside of the stay was that walls were wafer-thin and we could hear the tv from the other room very clearly. They had tv on all night so it was very difficult to sleep.

We didn’t have any bedside lights. Didn’t get the code to open the lockbox, so had to ring them. It was a public holiday so no one on site. Garden around pool could do with a tidy up.

Lovely relaxing and quiet, the property although having renovations was tranqil. Right in the heart of wineries, breweries and a multitude of dining options with the Swan River as it's backdrop. The staff were lovely and attended to any enquiries very promptly. Will be back again.

The lady at reception was very pleasant to deal with. Our room was good freshly painted and very clean. I would suggest putting the aircon a little while before guests arrive to make it more comfortable. It was a 39 degree day and took the aircon a long time to cool the room but once we got back from our event room was lovely. Also a bedside table on both sides of the bed would be great. The tv was positioned so you could only sit on the end of the bed or the 1 chair to watch overall a good overnighter. Also a little noisy from other rooms..

Only issue was the spa in the room and hotel restaurant were not in service due to renovations which was not advertised when booking the room (kind of false advertising).

Friendly, welcoming staff and a super simple, check-in process. The recently renovated room was spotless and had everything I needed for my stay. A great location, with beautiful grounds. Will definitely stay again!

My husband and I had a great stay at the Swan Valley Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The location is perfect to see many of what the Swan Valley has to offer.
Check in and check out was super quick, seamless and easy to understand. Will definitely be back again in the future.

Paid for deluxe room with spa, however spa was out of order and couldn't use but was still charged for the deluxe room. Lamp stand base next to bed was dirty. There was a notice stating the room is having an upgrade. It was difficult climbing into a spa to use the overhead shower and the shower curtain did look alittle yuk!
Staff however were friendly and there was a security guard walking the grounds at night which made you feel safer.

Terrible, completely messed up a large booking and management couldn’t be bothered to help. Very poor, will never use again and will warn others off.

We are an elderly couple who unfortunately arrived early after driving for 3 hours to be told if we paid $50 we could have our room.We arrived back at 1.45 stood for half an hour while they tried to work out how to use the booking system.The rooms are only cleaned after 4 days a real health hazard with your rubbish and wet towels Someone should teach the staff and owners some lessons in people skills Faulty towers is a 5 star compared to this.

The room was clean, well set up, and met all my needs. The bath was of a decent size and bathroom was clean.
Surprisingly the outside noise was not that noticeable in the ground floor room.
All in all a pretty seamless stay with no problems.

The hotel is great need of renovation & not very comfortable. It is too expensive with no restaurant.
We booked a 2 king bed family room only to be told on the day of check in to attend a wedding that afternoon that the king bed was broken!!!
My elderly sister was given a fold out bed which was very uncomfortable.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was a nice Hotel Stay, Room was nice and clean and inviting. Resort is nice and location is really good with the breweries and restaraunts not far away. Beautiful Area in Swan Valley

It is clear that it is going through a transition period due to change of ownership. Both the cleaning staff and reception staff were extremely helpful to ensure our staff was as enjoyable as possible, given that most of the facilities were closed. However, we enjoyed its proximity to other places though, like restaurants, ice cream, wine, honey, gin and vodka tastings, so we had a great time regardless.

Review is pretty good because we left early not because of the hotel but because everything around it was either shut or shut at 4. Hotel had a restaurant so thought we’d go there the first night but they said they weren’t opening it and we could only order breakfast for the bedroom . This is peak season. It was very quiet which was nice but not enough open to have any interaction. One place/pub couple of doors up was open and good but didn’t want to be going to the same place every day for a week so checked out earlier. Staff were great about it and very accommodating. It could be good if all the local wineries hotels etc coordinated opening times so visitors always had places to walk to.

Room 6 needs to be upgraded - ceiling fan is almost falling off the ceiling.
TV isn’t the best needs upgrading!
Found roaches in the room and bugs in the bed. Booked for 2 nights ended up leaving after the first with no refund.

I will never stay hear again it is very overpriced for the state it is in not worth $250 a night. The only thing going for it is location. Very disappointed would not recommend to anyone
