Amazing spot. Really comfortable Nd convenient. The front desk people were incredibly friendly and helpful. Perfect spot in bern also recommend the anker restaurant for some swiss food

Perfect location. Warm wellcome. Helpful and kind reception desk. Acceptable room size. Clean towels. New and clean bed covers. Coffeemaker in the room. Rich and tasty breakfast. Complementary "Bern Pass".
I highly recommend Savoy hotel.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful with the information on getting around town.
However, one of them at the night shift topped us when making tea at night at the eating area nearby the lobby. It was a multifunction coffee machine that I only got hot water from it. He came and immediately said the coffee machine is not allowed to use other than breakfast, then he said making tea is ok . It is totally understandable and we won’t touch it if there was a sign, or the staff should have been more polite when approaching the guest on that situation. No one would steal your coffee! I’ve been to 4-5 star hotels in many countries and have never encountered anything like this. In short, the hotel is nice and most of the staffs are very nice. Don’t touch that precious coffee machine, even when you only need hot water and see that it’s switched on. Just don’t and you will be fine.

This is a wonderful hotel. Very Swiss, very well run, very pleasant staff, and a great location. I can't recommend it enough This is my third stay with them and I look forward to returning sometime in the future. I am an old and grizled business traveler (now retired), so I know a good thing when I see one and Savoy Bern is a good one!

Our room was large by European standards. The bathroom was small, however (some of the room space could have been used to increase the bathroom). The room looked updated but the hotel hall carpet looked dirty? It wasn’t clear if that was the pattern or dirt. The elevator was small and slow but overall, this was a good hotel choice with friendly staff and decently located to sites and transport.

It’s only a few minutes walk to the train station. And there’s so many shops restaurants & sites nearby. All walkable distance. The employees at the hotel are all so kind and helpful. I definitely won’t stay anywhere else.

All in all, for the money, I can’t think of a better hotel experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The location unbeatable.

This place is just perfect for 2 to 3 days if you want to stay in the old town core. There are nice neighborhoods outside the old town which you can get to easily by taxi or bus - or even walk to if you like walking. It is very central and there all kinds of amenities nearby.

Staff was very helpful and kind at check in. Location was superb! Short stroll to the train station, restaurants, tourist sites in Bern. Room was quite spacious for a city hotel room. Best of all, it was extremely quiet. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Bern!

Great location half a block from the train station. Large, clean, modern room. Great desk with lots of options for charging. The best feature was a large, shower with a full door. It's been par for the course for us to end up with showers with half doors where the floors get very wet

This was definitely one of the best hotel experiences that I ever had!

At first sight we were a little disappointed, but when we got to our room we changed our minds. The room was quiet and spacious with very good bathroom.
The location, right by the station is very convenient. Very close to trams and buses and walkable to all the sights.
We had breakfast each day. Originally we thought it was expensive at 20 Swiss francs. Then we saw the prices elsewhere and decided it was a bargain!
