Hotel needs a major cleaning, first room didn’t have any light bulbs, moved us to another room with light bulbs.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting, locks broke off the door, holes in the wall with pictures of an ass drawn around them, black slimy film in the tub, visible dirt and stains on the beds. My 9 year old stood in the middle of the room & refused to put her bags down. We were literally in the room long enough to book another hotel (10 minutes tops) were refused a refund and asked “what do you mean it’s nasty, it was cleaned today”. All around horrible and nasty

It was absolutely terrible. Hotel clerk could not find my booking. Room was outdated and did not receive any maid service during the entire stay. Had to go to the desk to get towels, trash bags, and tissue.

Worst service ever. At check in, clerk, did not inform me where the room was located at. Was placed on the 3rd floor, east side of building, beside a go cart track loud and open until midnight. 98% of the travelers where placed on the west side, quite. Room had no towels or wash clothes, no remote for the TV. When called the front desk, was told that we would have to go to the laundry room by the pool to get out towels, and that I, would have to come to the front office to get a remote for the TV. We picked up our towels and he, the clerk, handed me , remotes and said they might work. After going back to the room, remotes did not work Went back to office, his respone was didnt work. I, replied no, and I would like a different room. His reply was no. You have your room and nothing I can do. I ask to speak to the manager,and his reply was I would be told the same thing. Then he replied, I will see if I can a Maintenance person to look at the TV. We have stayed at the Americana Inn, at least 2-3, times a year, for the last 10, years, and this was the WORST of all, of course the clerk was to busy eating is food to bu concerned with his job or my problem. The repair man arrived one hour later. Was very helpful, went to the next room, got the TV, remote, and everything worked fine. AS we checked out Sunday, May 5, 2024, there was no other tenats on the floor inwhich we were on, therefore, the clerk could have easly given us another room. SERVICE

Horrible room . Busted window all taped up . People hanging out around the property and in parking lots . Looked like drug deals . Don’t stay . Walked back in and checked out immediately . Was supposed to get a refund after manager checked the room and never did .

Could use better cleaning services, and supply towels, beds were nice,air worked, I will go back. We arrived a day early and they accomaded us. Great area to stay on main strip in pigeon forge

I was in desperate need of a room for a couple night i was alone nowhere else to go i booked through Hotels.com no problem but when i arrived i was refused a room (after pre paying) and told because I am considered a "local" i couldn't stay! I am 51 years old and i guess they thought i was going to throw a hotel party in their sub par hotel "motel"!! And only received partial refund! Shame on Hotels.com for taking my money in the first place and booking me an unusable room as well as not giving a full refund!! Bad business!!

I don't know where to start... When we got there, our room had already been paid for but they charged us an extra $75 that we would get back supposedly. When we checked out, then we got our key to our room and we went up to the room and when we got there. The room had not been cleaned. After going back down, They gave us another room. Got to that room and the key card would not work. So I went back downstairs and got the right key card after the gentleman at the front. Told me that they were Bending over backwards for me and that I should not be upset... Worst experience in a hotel ever. The water pressure sucked. We would not recommend staying there.

From the time we checked in we had issues. At check in, after being told the hotel was completely full, both my debit card AND my credit card (that I later used during the vacation) were both declined in the system. Then I had my husband come inside and magically my card was accepted. Then we finally go to our room and the locks on the door are broken as if the door had been kicked in and there is duct tape on the windows. That night it rained and there was water in the floor the next morning. We had to use our towels to clean it up and went to complain and were told they were completely booked with nowhere to move us to. We asked for more towels and were given TWO for a 6 night stay. (We would have switched hotels but everywhere we checked was full because of the Rod Run) The room ended up being extremely humid because of the weather outside and the window being messed up. With the AC on everything ended up feeling wet. We had to ask for new towels every day since we only recived two at a time. Also the smoke detector was unhooked from the wall and laying an a shelf near the sink. Overall it was just a terrible experience and the first time I wanted to just leave a vacation and go home.

This hotel should be condemned. There were roaches and bed bugs. When I noticed them the morning of check out, I went to the front desk to check out and told the lady at the front desk about it and she literally ignored me and started to ask the guy behind me if he was ready to check out. Very unprofessional! DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s nasty, outdated and not clean!

Do not believe the pictures that are on the website. It looks nothing like that. I hope they are going to fix that. It is however on the main strip and centrally located to everything and that is wonderful. If you get a front room you will have a front porch to sit but bring a chair, or use a room chair. They are doing renovation and they didn’t tell us so something’s were unavailable for us to use but you could tell they were excited about the new plans. We were blessed to have the associate Mr. Hope to check us in and escort us to our room. He was genuinely nice to us and made sure we were happy with our room. There was an associate who was upfront with Mr. Hope as well, they were both gentleman and turned an uneasy situation into a pleasant stay for us and the couple with us.

This hotel really needs to upgrade the refrigerators, air conditioning units and pillows and beds and furniture, our seating area had chairs but no couch or table. I think it was supposed to have either or, in the rooms add some more luggage carts, other that the hotel was very clean around the outside and I’m sure that the cleaning crew did a great job inside as well. We chose not to use them during our stay since our room was very clean when we arrived. It was just missing some pillows and towels that’s all. I guess if the pictures were up to date the bookings for this hotel would be down but the front desk would get less complaints. Also update elevator 💜

We were there for one night. Our reservation said it was non-smoking and the room wreaked of cigarette smoke. There were towels and such for the bathroom, however, one of the wash cloths(out of 2) that looked like it had spots of green paint on them. The king side bed was the most uncomfortabe I have ever slept on in a hotel, room 118. On the side closest to the window, when you sat down, it would dump you right into the floor. The room had not been deep cleaned in a while due to the dust accumulated in many areas. I have dust at my house too, but this is a place where people come and go every single day and for $150.00, I would expect much much much much better. For those who do not use Roku at home and have no experience, they would not even know how to watch TV if it were a heavy rainy day and you were stuck inside. It was evident that there was work being done but a clean, non-smoking room is to be expected. I most likely will not stay here again, even if it was the last room on the strip.

We had a room for my girlfriend and I. We had to ask for new towels. No wash cloths were ever brung to us. I finally went to dollar general to buy some.
The shower head in #245 seems to be only about 5' up. I had to kneel down to wash my hair.
The morning of our checkout we had two different couples knock on our door saying they were checking into our room. This was well before 11 AM. Out understanding was that checkout wasnt until 11, and check in was 4.
Even with early check in, the room would have not been clean for the next guest if we were walking out and they were coming in.
I asked the lady at the front when we checked out about other people trying to get into our room before we had checked out and she said "well, this is a different day".
I understand we were staying at a busy time, but i would have thought they could have been a little better prepared for the increased traffic. Rod Run is scheduled way in advance.

Will not stay in this hotel again,staff was rude and not concerned with our issues. Had to go to Walmart and buy wash cloths and towels since there wasn’t any for us to use, asked cleaning staff they had no clue why rooms didn’t have them. Rooms had been updated but very dirty.

The room was outdated but not bad if you are just looking for a place to sleep and not hang out at. No towels and very little toilet paper when we arrived and had to ask the front desk multiple times for items.

Room appeared to be nice..beds made up nicely... And slept fine...
1. No remote for T.V. 2. There were only 2 towels, no wash cloths or hand towels.. 3. Wrong toilet seat...they put a regular toilet seat on an elongated toilet bowl .. 4. Duct tape over a hole in the bathtub, another hole on the opposite side and the security grab bar was completely gone!!! 5.. the shower head was not secured in the wall.. 6.. They turned the refrigerator down to defrost it and when I opened the freezer door the drip tray fell out and water went EVERYWHERE!!! Well, there went one towel...we took the fridge out and dried the cabinet underneath the fridge .. 7... No hair dryer in room... 8.. No iron... 9.. No ironing board .. 10... I had to go get towels and wash cloths so we could shower .. when I went to office to get a hair dryer they didn't have one .. so I asked if i could use one in another room...and clerk gave me a key to a room that had not been cleaned... 11... out of coffee in lobby..there was a water pitcher sitting on coffee maker and it was so stained it was absolutely NASTY.. Needed to be bleached or thrown away .. 12... And the night clerk was not friendly at all ..☹️☹️☹️

The room was dirty when I walked into it, the beds were not made.. went back down to the office and told the front desk about it and they told me they couldn't put me in another room.furthermore they charged me 75.00 for a deposit that wasn't posted any where on the premises..

Communication was poor among staff. Accommodations did not need advertisement. Missing amenities and overall poor service from night staff. Which was disappointing since we have stayed before and things were great. Privacy violated. ( we were laying on the bed all of a sudden staff member barged in the room and asked why we were there thinking the room was vacant and asking how long we were staying.)

First off had to smell pot the whole stay the refrigerator didnt work the bthtub was stopped up and nasty and the room looked like it wasnt cleaned a oreo cookie i found in the floor will not visit this place again the staff act like they could careless when i told them about the problems very unprofessional didnt apologize or anything i told my wife she said well they prob get the same complaints all the time

COCKROACHS...The absolute worst service ever I had three people in my room we got one towel one night and two towels the next the beds are hard elevator worked sometimes the only thing good about it was the location but it's just not worth the Cockroaches and bad service

Customer service at desk was unwelcoming, room floors were sticky, beds were hard as a rock-werid stain on sheets, walls super thin, sink drain was draining slow (hrs) arrived withh no towels, the door didnt have a working dead bolt.

Horrible experience. The bed was very hard, it was literally a board, the pillows felt like a lot of fabric stuffed into the pillow case. There was also a lot of noise during the night.

It was an ok hotel but the housekeeper was very rude she told my husband that we only paid for one night an we paid for two she cussed him very disrespectful!! The beds was very nice but I wouldn’t stay there again

This place sucks. Not friendly. Room was dirty. Pool was empty. Pictures on website are totally wrong. Walls are thin and people next door was loud and smoked pot all night long. 2 guys had a loud argument at 3am. The tube leaked and never stopped running. Room was very outdated. Stunk. Will NEVER stay there again.

Do Not Go to this place :( aweful place not clean staff rude no towels in room not even a mirror and the whole place stinks … Never been in such an disgusting place. Sheets didn’t look like it was washed- maybe they did not change it for new customers 😭😢
