Room layout is good, but what a mess. Carpet had not been vacuumed (debris everywhere and a pair of sunglasses left on the floor), dried goop on the light switch entering the room, and hair left in the sink and shower. Requested the room to be cleaned while I was gone the next day and nothing was done except making the bed. They transferred me to a different room. Also, in a hotel not near filled I was initially given a room looking straight at the back of a building facade wall. After I checked out I was phoned that I had left a laptop and other items in my room. I had them all with me. Overall, a disorganized disaster.

One of the best hotels we stayed at during our mini vacation. Seth at the front desk was very polite and quick to get us checked in. Quite a selection for breakfast too. Would stay here again if we're ever in Anderson Indiana again.

We had an exceptional overnight stay at this hotel with our family. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable retreat, and the staff's hospitality exceeded our expectations. The amenities were fantastic, and our kids especially enjoyed the pool. The hotel's central location made visiting with family and exploring the city convenient. Overall, a memorable experience that deserves a solid 5 stars.

Good front desk staff, very helpful. Hotel is dated and the bathroom in my room was dirty. Breakfast is worthless, I guess that’s why it’s free, yuck!!!

Have stayed there before. The best hotel in the local area. Very expensive. It and Hampton Inn at that location have been more costly than hotels closer to Indianapolis. Have never understood that. Wife and I know the area well. We grew up there.

We had a nice experience with the check in, a wonderful nights sleep but absolutely no hot or even luke warm water the next morning for showers. We asked for any type of compensation for this inconvenience and we're told it would be our responsibility to follow up on it at a later date. We are traveling and won't bother with that but also will not return here or recommend this hotel.

The TV didn’t work in our room so we had to change rooms. There was only one coffee cup in the room so we had to get another one. The staff was helpful in coming right up to checkout the TV. The breakfast was OK.

The water was a problem. I was told by the desk staff that I needed to run the water a long time before it would get hot. It was a very long time--what a waste. I'll take that good rating for eco-friendly.

We were disappointed in the breakfast. It was not kept filled and tables were not clean. We were not told that the bath towels would not be replaced and the bed made until after it wasn’t done and our towels were on the floor because that is what the sign in the bathroom said to do to get new towels. We did get the front desk to give us towels after questioning why we didn’t get them.

Front staff pleasant enough but never at the desk. Had to yell hello in order to get someone to come out. The bathroom had cobwebs in the corner and dirt buildup in the corners of the floor. Yuck.

Service at the desk very poor. When I arrived, I had to pound on desk and call out to get desk clerk to come out of back room. That wat at 3 p.m. Later we wished to make a purchase of ice cream. Again we had to call out several times to get the same clerk to come out of back room to help us. She had the appearance of someone who had been sleeping. Hair poorly groomed. The property is back a good bit from the road and hard to see day or night. The road to the Inn needs a sign at the main road indicating entrance. The room and property overall looked very clean and new. In our two bedded room it appeared one bed had not had sheets changed. Shower soap dispenser nearly empty. Breakfast selection was good. Luggage carts leave much to be desired.

The Hotel is located very conveniently near I 69. It is in very good condition. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast was as good as they get. We will definitely return.

I booked this hotel since it's the newest in town - booked for clients of our business. They had a horrible experience. The first room they had had blood stains and hairs on the sheets. When they went down to the front desk they were told they were having problems with the cleaning lady on that floor and were given a new room. It was cleaner but still lacking for a hotel this new. Unfortunately we will be taking this one off our list as choices for our clients moving forward.

The hotel was nice with a typical breakfast available. I planned this overnight stay to spend some time with my grandson while he was out of school on Christmas break. We were very disappointed upon check in to find that the pool was closed, the pool was one reason I had chosen this hotel.

Booked 2 rooms online to take 4 children swimming. The pool was down. We could have stayed home and not didn't $300. Non-refundable apparently so we were stuck with two rooms. They gave us one pack of skittles and a energy drink as compensation.

The property was well cared for and clean. The check in process was easy and seamless. The front desk clerk did not know about what was available in the area regarding dining locations. Sunday morning's complimentary breakfast ended at 9:30 so we had to go out; worthless!
