Had a great stay. Clean, quiet & comfortable rooms. Beach was just across the road and was a much quieter area than the main resort area. Had the beach to ourselves mostly. Manager is extremely friendly & helpful. Good restaurant 5 min walk away. Can rent bike from hotel or e-bike up the road to explore area. Seafood is cheap and absolutely delicious. Would come back again for sure.

This is possibly the cheapest international standard accommodation in Ngapali Beach. It is directly opposite the beach side of the main road heading towards Thandwe Airport. The driver could not find it as there is no sign indicating the location which is off a side lane. I used Google to find it.
The place is new and very clean. I might have been one of the first to stay in the room I booked. Rooms have aircon and warmish water and the bed is reasonably comfortable. There is free wifi which works well on the ground floor. There is a simple free breakfast that is cooked in a clean kitchen.
Staff were super friendly and helped with directions to local restaurants. Just a few minutes walk from Ngapali Beach. Good choice for budget travelers to Ngapali where the rooms are 5-10 times as expensive.
