The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The lady that runs the breakfast was happy and helpful. The room was BERY clean. The beds were comfortable. I would stay again.

This has so far been one of the most amazing and relaxing experiences for me and my boyfriend. The place was so quiet, super clean, front desk staff very friendly. But we loved the lady who attends the restaurant in the morning, she is so darling and very polite.
Definitely recommend this hotel.
We are already planning our second trip and looking into booking at the same place.

Everything was clean & comfortable. It was quiet & peaceful. Great breakfast! I could not get the microwave to work in the room but maybe I was doing something wrong.

The hotel is fairly modern and in a good location. Hotel is clean and well kept.

Hotel room was nice and clean. A/C worked great, bathroom was excellent. However checking in was an ordeal because the clerk was so busy flirting with the young men checking in ahead of me it took fifteen minutes for me to get checked in. Not acceptable after driving 300 miles today!

My room was very clean, the room very comfortable, not super quiet, but acceptable. Breakfast not too great. Coffee cold one day, burnt other day. Food not warm. Wish had more sweet stuff not only bagels or plain bread .

This location was less than 5 min from shopping and local activities. The beach was about 35 min away. Very nice community. Staff was helpful and kind. I do wish they offered a waffle iron and batter with the breakfast.

A couple of the walls within the room had splatters of something gross. I didn't report it but was told if I had they would have relocated us.

Everything was great. The breakfast was awful and it is not due to your cooks. The breakfast lady was unbelievably nice and food was hot and there was plenty. But people don’t premade keish or sandwiches. People want eggs and sausages or bacon.

The warm, homely feeling. The friendly staff and guests.
Would make one suggestion, look at lactose free and gluten free breakfast to accommodate for all.
But overall we had a lovely stay and will be back.

Everything was great, we had a wonderful time visiting our family.
Ms. Parsons who works in the breakfast area, is such a joy to visit each time we go. She is one of the main reasons we stay at your property.

The room was clean and neat. Only problem the heat went only to 78. Cold night and my husband was in pain due to arthritis and heat us a need for him, he was not able to get a good nights rest.

This seems to be a fairly new hotel. Comfortable, clean, spacious room and nice breakfast. Nice pool area. It sets back from the road and is therefore quiet.

Overall our stay was great. Had enough pillows and towels through out the trip. Housekeeping staff was very nice. Did not care for the breakfast and wish there were an extra set of washer/dryer. Beds were comfortable and A/C worked good. Had a great stay.

Our stay was amazing. My husband has no legs and wanted to get in pool but the chair was broken. That was the only disappointment. Other than that our anniversary was excellent

The hotel was great and the staff were very friendly. The property was very clean and well maintained. We visit Bay City, Texas frequently to visit our son's family, and normally stay at another hotel but i think we will be staying with your hotel.

Was super impressed. Very nice people, clean , very well appointed, ample parking with multiple entrances making room access easy. Free breakfast, friendly staff. Gym was clean, new equipment that was usable and functional. Room smelled great, bed was super comfy, hotel was amazingly quiet.
