stay was quick, but room and hotel was the nicest we have stayed at in Milledgeville.

A little pricey for what it is.

Everything was fine ... i life the amount of space in the room. We just had to deal with the insanely strong smell of weed in the hall and even seeping under our door a little at night. The "ironibg board' was a joke! It was a countertop one that slid all over the place whilr trying to use it. And you can't put a shirt over the end of it. So ironing was pretty much out of the question. Otherwise the beds are comfy!

Courteous, professional, and friendly receptionist (Asia). The hotel location is excellent, close to food and shopping, and the hotel and rooms are contemporary and beautifully decorated. I am picky when it comes to hotels, but have no complaints for this facility. Highly recommend.

This was a very clean hotel, staff was continuously sanitizing the common areas. Very friendly staff and amazing breakfast. I am a picky person when it comes to hotels because we have had some bad experiences, but the HI Express was awesome, if I had to find one thing that I disliked it would be the luggage carts are to small and I am serious that is the only thing I could nitpic at because everything else was great. Well worth the price, thank you to the staff.

I liked the amenities. There were usb ports in several locations in my room. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom's shower did not back up with water. (I've seen this at several other hotels.) There was a mini Keurig coffee maker. (I've had to bring my own in other hotels.) There was a full southern breakfast. (The grits were great.) I unexpectedly had to use a computer which was available for guests. I was able to print a needed document. The hotel was clean; the staff very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.

The Hotel was okay. The staff was very friendly but as far as cleanliness, it could have been better. The shower was not thoroughly cleaned and there were cobwebs in the corner of the room. There were also pencil shavings on the mattress of the pullout couch. Everything else was clean but that was enough for me not to want to stay there again.

Everything was great, the only thing was that the listing stated there was an indoor pool but there isn’t. That was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.
Everything else was great though. The beds were cozy, clean room, and breakfast was great with many choices to suit everyone!

This hotel is great! So comfortable and quiet. Really good location. Free breakfast was good. Service could have been a little bit better but that’s about it. Front desk was good, not great. But I had everything I needed during my stay and would gladly stay here again.

Only problem with our stay was slamming room doors. Many room doors to rooms on our floor and at the end of hall on first floor had door closures that did not work properly. The doors slammed and woke up guest. Our family had three rooms and none of the door closures worked to keep the door from slamming.
