We had a comfortable stay, the bed was great. Convenient location to visit family.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom door. I like a door that shuts tight not a barn door with a gap that wants to open on its own.

One of the chairs in the lobby broke when I sat on it. I’m only 150 pounds and it could have been dangerous. The sofa in the lobby had ripped cushions and was very worn.

Breakfast was fully stocked and delicious. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Pool area was very clean and welcoming. Fitness area was spacious and clean as well.

Kim at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
The general manager Jackie was also very helpful.
Expedia said that they called the hotel to ask for a one night refund as our plans had changed. Since this was a prepay stay, the company policy was no refunds upon changes. Jackie allowed the refund for the one night as she said that Expedia never spoke to her to approve.
Thank you to Jackie for approving the 2nd night stay that were unable to keep.

The problem wasn't the hotel or rooms itself. The room and hotel was clean. Staff nice. We stayed in a first floor room and there was so much noise late in the evening. Like midnight late. Doors slamming, loud talk with the common area/bar being right there. Then it's right off the highway so there is so much car noise which isn't anyone's fault. However, if I feel if I would have read that prior to booking I would have requested to be above the first floor. Otherwise nice place. Checks all the boxes. Just don't stay on first floor if you want rest.

Hotel was located basically right on a busy highway. Could hear loud cars and trucks driving by all night long. Need better soundproofing for the windows.

The hotel was ok, rather expensive for the quality. We were in town for a hockey showcase and most of the team was staying here. Upon arrival reception was friendly, the hotel seemed reasonably clean. Our room was fine, cleanliness was acceptable. There was a rather strong Body Odor smell in the room. When the concierge asked how the room was i mentioned it. she apologized and was very nice. the hotel is on a highway so traffic noise at night was noticeable.
Lots of convenient shopping in the area. I wouldn't stay here again, for the cost you can get a much better hotel room.
