Smells old and dirty, flies, loud a/c, door had a rickety lock.

Worse place I have ever been in. Torn curtains, torn bed cover, NO WiFi’s even though add states they have. Door looks like it’s been kicked in. Nice people running the place.

We ended up moving to a different hotel after checking in. The moment we got in inside, my daughter found 4 spiders! The sheets were ripped and stained, there were cab webs and the carpet was dirty. The owners were nice and suggested another room of which I checked but it was the same, there were cab webs. My husband booked this motel and didn’t read the reviews. For paying $54 total of $74 including tax, it is not worth it. I haven’t cancelled a hotel since we started traveling, just this. The combination of ripped and stained sheets, cab webs and spider, and dirty carpet just make it not worth $54 plus tax! At 10pm, I looked for hotel nearby and found a good one.

Will never go back to that place. Had to have them fix the curtains just so i could close them. Door wouldnt lock no chain on door to compensate. No wash cloths. Definitely reconsider

Bare bones place to get a good night's sleep and a hot shower. No soap/shampoo in my room but the AC, TV & Fridge all worked fine.

It was a poor place to stay, but very comfortable beds. Our room did not look clean. The staff immediately came and did a fast vacuum job. Like that was going to make a difference. We had clean towels that was a bonus!

Mold on the shower curtain, mold in the refridge. Oily stuff on bedside table, oily stiff above it on ceiling. I dont know whats going on with this place but id recommend spending a couple more dollats and goimg elsewhere.

I showed him my confirmation on ecpedia and he contined to say qe had no reservations and no rooms. Mt Daughter came running into the lobby telling me we needed to leave right away. Room was clean but very worn. Bed was nice. AC didn’t work quite well enough for my husband’s sleeping preference.

Cold a/c. Refrigerator frooze my bud light beer. Fast internet.

Manager is really not too friendly does not speak good English and the room was dirty especially the carpet it was not really professionally cleaned I wouldn’t even keep this site on Expedia at all

Manager was not on site during check-in. Said it would be 2 minutes because they were at Wal-Mart. 15 minutes later they came. We ordered the 3 Queen Bed room with a kitchenette and he gave us 2 without one. Worst experience ever.

Do not stay at this hotel. In a bad area of town. My door had no security lock, it smelled, needs some serious updating! I'm very surprised that Hotels.com even used this place!

FRADULANT HAGGLER DO NOT GO When we arrived, the owner of the establishment tried to charge us 199 dollars after we had already paid online. When we disputed this, the owner then tried to haggle with an offer of 150. As we were extremely tired from a long road trip, we tried to reason with the owner. After some back and forth, eventually the owner showed us a receipt from another customer that paid 139 and tried to offer 125 dollars as a “special deal” but this was still a double charge. When we decided to leave, the owner ran after our car to say he would be willing to double charge us “only” 100 dollars. I am entirely shocked that an Expedia affiliate would try to fraudulently take advantage of an immigrant family. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If I could give negative stars I would.

The couple that owns this hotel (which has a bit of Tarantino/Coen Brothers flair) bought it two years ago and they’ve been trying to get out from under hard times. For what it is, it is clean and cared for. It deserves our respect, though it may not be for everyone. If you’re down with an old-school feel, and looking for an affordable layover, I would say, acknowledge them and support them, because it’s a simple motel owned by a couple that is truly trying harder than many of the equally-priced franchises that I’ve stayed at in the last two years. Sadly, our hotel/motel market seems to be slipping, but when I see a hard-working couple giving it their all, I want to support them because the American dream still matters, and their hard work matters. It’s clean, period. Many chains and franchises have lost my respect, but this location shows me that people are still trying. Give them a chance. Also, it’s a straight shot to an amazing Mexican restaurant called 3 Margaritas. If you’re going to stay in town, it’s a great, authentic combination.

If it’s true there’s a bottom for every barrel, we have indeed found it! This is without a doubt, the filthiest place we have ever stayed! The bedspread was stained, there was garbage in the middle of the floor, soap wrappers on the floor in the bathroom, big lipstick mouth print on the bath towel, and the two chairs in the room were beyond disgusting to even think of sitting on. I booked this online and it was late when we got in. The man working did not want to honor the booking price and was not happy when I showed him the confirmation. Every hotel in the area was sold out, it was late when we got in, and we were extremely tired, or we would have left. We slept in our clothes on top of the sheet and did not use the bedspreads at all.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I booked a room with two beds and when I get there, they don'thave one. Thet tried to out us on two separate rooms. Should have given me my money back. Told us literally, "take it or you're screwed". We sgiukdnt have to pay for something we didnt book. May have to rethink using Hotels.com. in the future.

The owner seemed directly involved in managing this property and made sure that we were well taken care of and comfortable.

Super friendly staff. Facility older and the age was reflected. We were needing a couple nights for sleeping and this motel worked well. Centrally located.

Lady at front desk barely had any idea how to run computer. Rooms were dirty and smelled like smoke. Lots of dog hair in one of the two rooms I rented. Sink didn’t work in one of the rooms. Shady drug addict looking people hanging out all over outside. Worst dive motel I’ve ever experienced! If your looking for a motel in North Platte, this is not the one you want to choose!!

The hotel in a really strange area. I think people live there full time. Beds were hard as a rock!!! Also the bathroom baseboard had mold growing on it. Not too happy we stayed there but we were tired.
