The place was clean the issue i had was the light in the shower kept flickering to the point where i could not even use it. I only stayed one night and did not notice it until the morning and i forgot to say something before i left.

Wonderful stay, a real gem in T or C. The room was very clean and nice and we really enjoyed the 30 minutes in the private hot spring. Breakfast was also super great. Everyone working there is so friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well kept. Will go there again.

Overall, our experience was very good. The room was nice and well decorated. The hot sprigs soak was terrific. However, the Valentines Day dinner was a disaster. 40 minutes post reservation time and still no appetizer. We left and had pizza out.

What a beautiful lodge! Service was welcoming and attentive. Room was nicely appointed. Continental breakfast was great. Nice options.
A couple of minor issues keeping from 5 star. Water temp hard to regulate in the shower. Only extremely hot water despite trying everything. Pillows could have had a couple of options. They were VERY flat. Maybe one fluffy, as well as a flat one to choose?
But! Overall, very nice and would stay again.

We had little idea at all what to expect with regard to our overnight stay. All people on staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The baths themselves were wonderful! Overall, staying at this specific property proved to be a great experience...yet not a tremendous trek from home, and still far enough that it could be thought of as a serious getaway. I'd certainly consider doing it again.

We had a great stay. The property is wonderful and the service was outstanding. The furniture needs, however, some updating, particularly the chairs.

Best is hot springs tub in the room, next the 1/2 hour soak in the outdoor tub. everything is very clean.

Very beautiful property. We enjoyed use of the private hot springs tubs. There is not much very close by, but restaurants and stores are within probably about 0.5 miles walking distance.

The mineral baths were very special and better than I expected. The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful.

Quiet lodge 30 minutes free daily soak included in your room. Breakfast also included. Very nice stay! Quiet and the beds were the most comfortable we have ever had

Great historic hotel conveniently located to downtown shops and sites. In spite of the age of the hotel it was in great shape. We loved the private outdoor hot tub- what a great way to end the day! The breakfast was very good as well.

We had to argue with the staff to have new sheets and towels. The massages we’re good but way over priced….the water in the rooms was terrible, no hot water, there was hot water in the toilet but it seamed as though they had their taps backwards.

from start to finish it was exactly what we needed to decompress. The staff is fantastic! The only thing missing is a restaurant...not open due to staffing not available

From the moment we walked in the door, every person we encountered at the lodge treated us with respect, kindness, appreciation, and care.
It was the perfect getaway; we didn't want to leave! We didn't have to worry about a thing. They had everything that was on my "dealmaker" list.

What a lovely property! I was with a group of friends and we had happy hour on the patio which was great. The spring-fed hot spring soak was decadent. The staff was caring, helpful and friendly. It was a great experience!

Area is rundown, hotel is clean and renovated but way overpriced for what you get. Rooms are very small, tub in room has rust (?), not inviting. Children under 12 not allowed in the hot springs baths, so we did not go since we traveled with the family. Overall, a disappointing experience for the money.

Great place to stay, walking distance to downtown area. Just has a very good feel and the dining room is open now on Friday & Saturday. Breakfast was good and 15.00 each credit towards your bill.
