It was a great nights stay after driving all day. Super friendly front desk staff!

For our family, it was close to where we needed to be. It was relatively quiet…first night was Christmas and a few other guests were singing carols in another room- but we thought it was cute. Rest of the stay was so quiet. The lobby smells like paradise and staff was beyond courteous.

When I checked into the King Suite both the windows looked out to a roof top, with heating & colling vents, as well as a pile of dead grasshoppers. I went to the desk to request a room change. I was staying for 2 weeks, and didn't want that view. I was informedd by the Staff that because I booked my stay through Expedia, they could not move me. Then on the last Saturday of my stay there was an event being held in the event center, which was directly below my room. At 10:45pm I called down to the desk to complain about the loud music, and the base that literally vibrated through the mattress. At that point all the sudden they offered to change my room. I did not want tp repack my bags to change rooms at that hour. I requested ear plugs, which I was told they did not have. They offered me complimentary breakfast for the rest of my stay as compensation. When I went to check out they had billed me for breakfast on the 27th. I still have recieved an email receipt for my close out bill because it needed the manager, who is the one who agreed to give me breakfast for myself and family. Also before I even arrived I had sent an email to Expedia to change my checkout date from Nov. 29th to Nov.28th as my flight out was on Nov. 28th. Expedia never replied, and I paid for a day I didn't even stay. Again I was told since I had booked through Expedia the Hotel could not credit me for Nov.29th. I will not book through Expedia, nor stay at that Hotel again.1

The property is extremely clean, safe and smell good

Great a convince location, safe area, plenty of parking. Front Desk staff was not helpful and welcoming. I was giving the wrong room.

Comfortable place, good for families.

Check in was easy and great. The hotel room was nice!!! Only issue was that the AC unit was making a loud “knocking” sound. I would have asked to have it fixed but we arrived late and had to leave early in AM. I let front staff know when we checked out.

Loved the hotel - clean, good location, great price, friendly staff, when they can be found. The only complaint is being understaffed. We didn't mind the lack of daily housecleaning but more than once we, and other guests, spent a considerable amount of time trying to locate staff at the front desk and front lobby. Beyond an inconvenience, it's a potential security issue as elevators are accessible without passing the front desk and do not require a room key to operate. When no employees are staffing the front desk or lobby, no one is monitoring access to the upper levels.

Very good place to stay in family,

Hotel is very clean! My room was better then expected for the price of $144. Included breakfast. Not an extravagant breakfast but it helped start the day! One thing it was lacking is a microwave. But didn’t need it this time. Definitely liked it.

I had an extremely embarrassing and shameful experience. It was awful to come to the hotel, after a long hot, and exhausting day, to find out my room has been sold to another person. I hadn’t just reserved my room, I had already paid for it. They tried making up for it by giving me another room at another place but unfortunately it added more driving time and further frustration. I would have appreciated if they hadn’t caused this extra trouble for us. Not to mention, having to deal with my wife’s anxiety was an added issue. I am only grateful that the lady that took us in, Gemma, tried her best to go out of her way to make it up to us.

This was ine of the beat hotel experiences I've ever had. First impression was the amazing aroma in the lobby! The gentleman checking us in was very friendly and helpful. Though we didn't visit the bar or restaurant, the atmosphere seemed lively and fun. Will definitely rebook here. Just wish it was a little closer to Austin.

Hotel clean and good food at bistro. Beds very hard and uncomfortable, didn’t get much sleep and was very sore when got up in the morning. Won’t be returning.

The hotel was wonderful. Very comfortable and well taken care of. I was also pleasantly surprised by the tasty meal I had for dinner. I wasnt expecting much and it was great (dalmon bowl).

Austin, was so nice and greeted us with a smile and so helpful. Amazing customer service. A room was nice and clean and cool and it was nice and quiet during the night. As we were leaving, the housekeeping lady was so nice I said good morning to her and she said good morning back very nice lady halfway home I asked my grandson did you get your ear phones and he said no I didn’t. I said oh no, we left them. He had them on the night before in the bed and I had called on the way home And spoke to young lady is that they would have to check the inventory and then I called back in the evening and spoke to Austin and he said unfortunately they hadn’t found them. But not too much longer. After that I get another phone call from Austin and he said yes the ear phones were tangled up in the sheets and I said oh thank you so much for calling me back. My grandson is going to be so happy to hear that my son lives there in Pflugerville so he’ll be picking them up tomorrow 8-7-23 thank you so much for finding them and turning them in you have some amazing and honest people working there. I’m going to make sure I stay there again and let other people know who they are traveling that way to make sure they stay there as well.

The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

The area is new & growing, which is great. The hotel was incredible. Very clear, the staff that evening & that morning were perfect. The only problem my husband & I had was the food selection in the dining area. There was not a lot of options for those of us that cannot eat things like "avocado mash" or "arugula salad" (who eats that for breakfast?). There are no other options (at this time) in that area unless you go across the toll road to Quick Trip or try to drive around in an area you're unfamiliar with when you have a schedule to keep. And there was nothing appetizing in the onsite store for breakfast. As much as we loved our stay we might return to a location with more to offer in the area.

The only issue I had was the door. Normally, when the door closes, you assume it’s closed and locked. The room I had in the 2nd floor, this was not the case. I arrived and checked in before my boyfriend. I was sitting in the room and he was able to walk right in!!! I was like how did you get in and he said he just walked right in. So we checked the door and it sounded like it closed completely but we were able to pull on the door and it opened. We had to actually push on the door twice before it would close all the way.

With the cost of the room, breakfast should of been free, not $21.00

We really enjoyed our stay. The one item that needs improvement is the WiFi access.
