Delightfully clean and tidy and the best water pressure in the shower- room was very large.

We have stayed at Lulu for a couple of years now, this time our room was super clean and neat, considering the hotel is one of the best bang for the nickle, I will definitely stay there all over again!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, spacious. The hotel is an older building and some of the plumbing shows it. The refrigerator and microwave are nice addition. The table and chairs are also really comfortable.

So it's obviously an older motel that they updated to retro style. They did well on retro appliances and decor however I would never recommend going in the winter. The heating unit is very inadequate to keep the room at minimal comfort. Was cold all night and I was happy to leave early without showering or eating the minimal breakfast. Girl at front desk said "very cold rooms" a common complaint in the winter.

I really can't share a review on this property because it was late when we checked in and we earlier the next day. But we received a friendly welcome.

The check in staff were nice unfortunately the cleaning staff failed to clean two consecutive rooms. We couldn’t justify staying in the hotel so we checked out. The hotel had great integrity and allowed us to check out with a full refund. Would consider them in the future based upon their integrity.

Accused of doing something they would not say and was told I was not welcomed. When they rented rooms to people smoking drugs and couldn't rest because felt unsafe

Cute little place, lots of effort making it unique. Quiet. The bed was very hard. Small continental breakfast . I would stay there again.

I stayed for 3 nights, my stay was very pleasant and safe. Staff was friendly and kind. The room was great! It was spacious and comfortable. I really liked it and will make this my home hotel when coming in from out of town!

The retro look was great. Room was comfortable and safe, secure parking. Employees were pleasant and helpful.

We stayed three nights. Housekeeping service was not arranged daily. The breakfast area is too small, only has three tables. The breakfast has no eggs, no meat.

Hot water worked amazing people didn’t bother you at all unless needed which was amazing

We very much liked our stay at Lulu's. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean. There is a little fridge and microwave. It is perfect for a weekend stay or a vacation. 5 stars well deserved.

Your daily charge for housekeeping our room was a surprise. We didn't receive a receipt at the end of our stay.

Great place to stay. Room was retro/modern with everything needed for a short stay.

Everything was great as far as the stay. It was a little noisy being so close to the road but overall not so bad that I couldn’t sleep. Trash cans in our room weren’t emptied and the complimentary shampoo and lotion were open and not replaced before we checked in.

We stayed at the Lulu a year ago and enjoyed it greatly. This time we did not get the room we requested. A cranky older man complained about our dog barking all night which was a lie because we were in our room all night. In the office when he was complaining, he got in my fiancee's face then poked her with his finger. The manager immediately sided with him, saying he was a valued customer. We should have called the police. He apparently stays there a lot and walks the property and chats with staff during the day. I would think that we were valued also, but instead we were moved to another room on the other side of the building. David the other manager was very helpful on our first day there but we didn't see him again for our other two nights.My mother and sister live in Silver City and we usually come there once a year. We won't be staying there again. The walking man is creepy and it doesn't seem like the same place we stayed a year ago.

"Pet Friendly" is apparently code for dog hair everywhere. The "retro" comes from a little pastel paint and some hippie type uncomfortable chairs. There was coffee, but nothing to go in it and no cups to put it in. It was a real surprise because this was the highest rated hotel in Silver City. Unless friends and family of the owners flooded the reviews, I'm baffled.
