After a long day of travel, we arrived around 1130pm for our stay, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The place is neat, being tucked away amongst businesses in a strip mall. The lobby was clean and nicely put together, and there were some free snacks available to grab if you wanted. (Granola bars, pop tarts, popcorn) which was a nice option. The room looks to have been updated recently and it was, from a glance, clean looking and tidy. By the time we tried to use the toilet it was after midnight, and upon first flush of only liquid and tp, it did not want to flush, and we did not want to try again in fear of it overflowing. We were exhausted so brushed it off and went to climb into bed. Both my husband and I found long blond curly hair on our pillows....yuck, but the beds were not amazing, but not horrible, and besides the hairs seemed clean. Upon waking, I opened my eyes, to see someone elses dirty sock left kind of underneath/behind the small table in the room, again, yuck.... We promtly called for a plunger as soon as we woke up and that did fix the toilet issue, thank goodness. There is no coffee makers in the room which was disappointing, but there is a pay coffee machine in the lobby. All in all, it was an ok stay. For the price, we were not thrilled with the housekeeping and lack of coffee pot in the room to be able to wake up and enjoy in bed.

Wonderful staff! The only downfall is no coffee machine in the rooms. Coffee vending machine is in lobby and the desk will give you tokens the night before, so not a big hassle. And the coffee is much better than you normally get in a hotel room.

First time staying here, and we would definitely stay here again. The rooms are small but for the affordable price it was awesome. It was well located for our needs, easy to get to all the different areas of the lower mainland that we needed to get to. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Absolutely No Ventilation in the room. They had a useless portable air-conditioning unit with NO outside exhaust connection. All the hot air was recirculating in the room and it caused even more heat and suffocation disturbing sleep. Everything was cramped and there was hardly any space left in the room as it was stacked with unwanted things. Not at all a worthy place for the money they charged.

I stayed for one night as it was the closest hotel to where I needed to be the next day. It's in a shopping plaza - a little unexpected but absolutely fine!! The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. There was an odd smell throughout the hallway & room, however, I went nose blind to it relatively quickly. There was an air freshener in the room which helped! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Check in was quick too. It was quiet all night until around 9am - there is a daycare in the plaza and the kids were playing directly under my window. I was already awake, so it wasn't an issue for me - but worth noting. Overall a great stay - I'd come back if I needed to be in this area again!
