Checked in late at night, had a smooth checkin, arranged for breakfast boxes in the morning as we had to checkout around 6am, which were arranged promptly in the morning with cut fruits, grilled sandwich and cofee, overall excellent service and comfortable , clean rooms

The stay was comfortable I was with my infant child and the staff was helpful especially Gowtham and Sneh at the restaurant helping us out for the food for the child.
They were ready to prepare anything special for the child which was more than enough to make our stay comfortable

The hotel is well located. Good clean and cozy hotel rooms. The entry, entrance arrivals area and lobby are 3 star standard only. The restaurant is also small n overcrowded especially during breakfast time n no choice of restaurants. Rooms are good service good . Spa I is good.

The hotel does not qualify for 5 star standards- for room space less for a family, parking space is less..so only valet parking, restaurant is exorbitantly priced, Bar menu is only for printing where most of the items are not available, does not provide ambience and character of a 5 star hotel, I doubt the fire safety aspect of the bulilding, power switches are very confusing....over all does not fit to be categorised as 5 star hotel. Only highlight is location. Staff are good enough.

I was sick when we were there.
All the staff are very helpful to us.
Specially the reception staff Hari was very helpful. He arranged the doctor to the hotel arranged the medication to the hotel.

The food was the worst part of the stay.
1. Ordered baby food to the room and it was stale. Although they replaced it, it would have made baby sick if we haven’t tasted first .
2. Breakfast is better in a 3-star restaurant than here.
3. Milk tasted as if they added lots of water and tasted very bad.
Totally disappointed with the food. Mentioned this during checkout but they still charged for the baby food.
Room:
1. There was no hand shower in the bathroom which made it very difficult for giving shower to the baby
2. There was no hot water kettle or coffee maker in the room

The hotel is about 30 mins from the Airport, and located in a good neighborhood (race course road), the hotel is well maintained, rooms are clean, staff are efficient, and friendly. The bed is comfortable, and we were able to get some good sleep, though we had to get a roll-away bed as we were a family of 4. Breakfast buffet is good, but they could add more items. Overall, I will highly recommend this hotel.

I had called and requested for a early check in by 12 noon at least .once at the hotel we hotel we are asked to go and wait without even knowing our name .
finally after a lot of fuss we got the rooms at 2 pm.they cannot treat guest like cattle.I am a hotelier last 30 years and i understand the industry.

I am staying here 2nd time in three years. This is an excellent property. The rooms look so modern and with lot of ligthing. You feel great as soon as you enter the room. Brilliantly done interiors. The restaurant downstairs is great too. I had also reserved transport to pick up at airport and also for a day trip. Mr. Vivek from the travel department was on it and made sure everything was meticulously taken care of. This property is located on race course road an upscale neighborhood. So, if one needed to take a walk in the morning, it feels so good. One thing I would like to point out about the room as a feedback. You will notice that the toilets and bathroom don't have privacy. There is no latch on entry. Worked fine for us, but it could be an issue for some. If the management can do something about it, that would be great. Otherwise, I would rate the whole experience as 5 star.

Terrible customer service, didn't expect from a itc hotel. Senior citizens were staying in the room and couldn't scan the food menu bar code. Hotel refused to provide a menu or provide food options over phone. Restaurant had no space for hotel residents for lunch.

A brand new hotel and a nice room marred by poor unfriendly service, demotivated staff and lack of good food both inside and outside the hotel. Except for the breakfast buffet, the restaurant didn’t have anything I wanted from the overpriced menu for both the lunch and dinner. The saving grace was a nice burger.

This was the perfect getaway for us over the weekend. Location is serene and calm and windows are double glazed. Staff was perfect. Food was excellent and yummy. Bar has limited options however they are upgrading it. Housekeeping was top notch. Special mention to Mr. Muthu from housekeeping in keeping the room tidy, managing all our request and getting us the required elements. We forgot a toy on our checkout and again Mr. Muthu kept us updated on the search and was kind enough to ship us the toy back to our residence with no charges.
