Loved my stay at Engiri. I didn't want to leave. The place, the staff, the warm staff, the elephant and hippos roaming about in the mornings - I loved it all.

Excellent value. Right in the park, amazing service. Make sure you're welcome and taken care of from the second you pull in.
Highly recommended for big groups and people that want to spend most of their time in the park.

It was a lovely experience staying at Engiri. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Our room was simple but spacious with a terrace to sit on. The food catered for us as vegetarian and was all freshly prepared and delicious. The outdoor seating in the restaurant was a nice place to dine. The staff is so friendly and attentive. It was great to see the occasional elephant on site. The lodge arranged our boat safari on Kazinga Channel which was a fantastic experience and so economical. Other activities like game drives are available at very reasonable prices.
The Marketing Manager at Engiri deserves special mention for arranging private transport for us to reach the Lodge and for onward travel.
Highly recommended.
