Excellent stay after a snafus at check-in. Upon check-in I was told I didn't have a reservation for my 5 night stay that was paid in full and confimed 5 months prior. The hotel graciously allowed me to stay while they investigate the issue. As stressful as the situation was I was always updated and I continue to be updated as to why my reservation was cancelled without my knowledge and Hotels.com / Expedia showed me confirmed and paid in full.

We visit MO frequently and typically stay at a competitors hotel. However, this particular weekend that hotel was booked, so we decided to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. I was so impressed with this hotel that for now on we are going to stay here. The hotel was very clean and I love the décor. Great location! The staff is very friendly and willing to help make your stay enjoyable.

Overall I enjoyed this hotel. It was quiet and clean and the complimentary breakfast was nice. As a personal preference I did not like the pillows on the bed - way too soft. I also thought the shower pressure was weak and water did not get as hot as I wanted so I found that uncomfortable.

We stayed one night here as an overnight stop on a long trip. On the way out, we stayed in a hotel in Kansas which was 25% cheaper, but older.
This is a relatively new hotel in a new development. The service, room, and breakfast were all very good. My only complaint is the cost.

Beautiful property and convenient, but quiet location. Beds are a little soft for my liking but not overly so. Loved the pillows. Nice to have all the Dove toiletries readily available. Breakfast attendant was personable and very helpful, as was the evening front desk attendant. Only negative was the pool. We knew it was small going into it and we're disappointed there was no hot tub for the price we were paying. But the pool was so cloudy I couldn't see what color the kids swimsuits were and the chlorine level was incredibly high. My eyes were watering and I wasn't even in the pool. My grandson accidentally swallowed some of the water and became ill, spending the rest of the evening vomiting with stomach cramps. Outside of that very disappointing factor, this was a nice place.

This was a newer building, that was well kept, clean, and a friendly staff. They tried to help us find something we left after check out without acting like we were putting them out. We found the earbuds in the parking lot.
