Very nice place to stay the people was nice we loved there was a bistro to get dinner and then the pond to walk around was lovely

I hadn't been to Sugar Land but drove for a conference. Jade checked me in and offered a room with a view of the lake. She was personable and extremely nice. The area is excellent for walking, running or just relaxing and watching the ducks play in the water. There are lots of amenities nearby. The only "negative" was the TV was unplugged and the remote didn't work. I wasn't in the room long enough to enjoy it but it was an inconvenience.

mainly 2 issues, the beds, even though claimed to be queen sized, were way too small and the shower was so bad that after each use the whole bathroom will be flooded..

The hotel is a bit remote. Especially if you do not have a car. I was disappointed breakfast was not free. Room service is only on request, which was fine with me but I had not experienced that before.

Extremely loud plumbing right behind your bed wall, not very pleasant hearing people flush everytime you are in bed or around. Poor build quality, also had house keeping concerns which we informed frint desk and never got a follow up. The TV is absolutely old and useless for any connectivity

The property has the in-room air conditioning machine that is so noisy. It made me stay awake all night virtually. On the next I requested to waive the feed on the second day. The property staff rejected my request inconsiderately. I will never come back to this property again. I spent the second night and slept soundly at Houston Marriott on city walk street, which is less 2 miles away from courtyard.
