Beautiful hotel!

Beautiful hotel, spacious clean and modern rooms. Pool and hot tub were well kept and very clean, check in was pleasant. Across the street from the cinema and great restaurants. Only negative was the surprise 20$ a night parking which seems unnecessary in this location.

Nice property and friendly and helpful staff. Towels are ready to be replaced :) Have stayed several times over the Summer and will stay again.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, nice views from the windows, beautiful facilities (gym and pool) overall experience was extraordinary, would highly recommend to anyone. Restaurant in the hotel and a steak house accessible from the hotel as well

The staff is not as reaponsive but the property is beautiful and extremely clean. We were very comfortable staying there.

The property is so dirty. The hotel smells like a dirty motel. The scent is so bad. The property is so dusty. The carpet is dirty. it caused me to have a terrible asthma attack. I would not stay here again or recommend to a family or friend. Even the bathroom was leaking with some kind of reddish color. Horrible horrible horrible experience plus the staff did nothing to help it.

The property is very clean and quiet. Service of the staff is excellent. The room is very modern and comfortable.

The Toronto Marriott Markham is in a very nice location. The hotel look is modern and very pretty. The hotel restaurant was very nice and had excellent food choices we particularly enjoyed the salmon tartare and the flatbreads. The room was very nice and comfortable, the hotel staff also very friendly

Beautiful hotel! Staff are very friendly and the property is immaculate. We had breakfast and it was also very good!

The room itself is great! But I don’t like the staff’s attitude. When checking in, one staff told us that the Wifi is free, we could just overlook the fees on the connecting page. That’s fine. BUT, something fun happened when I checked out. Another staff told me that the wifi fee could only be waived if we are the hotel member, so we were forced to join the membership. I mean it’OK to join the membership, I don’t care. The things I felt uncomfortable with is the staff’s attitude and the inconsistency of the words which make me feel cheated!

The staff are very nice and accommodating. The room was clean. There are restaurants nearby.

Room could have been much cleaner. Discovered a dirty, used bottle of lotion in the bathroom where a new one should have been. Pillows smelled dirty and there were large stains on the chair. Overall, it was disappointing to see in a Marriott. Having said that, the front desk staff member was lovely and made the check in process easy and pleasant.

The service was excellent, and the property and staff are amazing, especially in the M lounge! The only issue is that there was construction right outside our window. Thus the view and the noise was not pleasant. The restaurants and coffee and cineplex are a plus.

Checked in at 4pm exactly and apparently they are all booked up so we are assigned a room different room type. Not sure how that is possible considering check-in is at 4pm and the place was a ghost town on check-in.

It is modern and clean although a little sterile. Breakfast or some small items being complementary would have seemed reasonable in this price point.
