Nice hotel, rooms good size, all amenities included, reasonable price. SUPERB LOCATION,... Helpful staff.... And if with a car small off-road parking.. 👍😁

Could be a lovely hotel if a little money invested in it. Good sized rooms, comfy clean beds,fridge and kettle in room,but no tea,coffee etc. Small balcony but fantastic view, really beautiful. Staff really lovely and helpful,just seemed to be very few available. Breakfast not great. Plenty of continental style but any cooked food appeared to be in short supply and sitting quite a while. We were with friends and thankfully we are not big complainers so more inclined to see the funny side of things. We were there for 3 nights and on our last morning there was quite a big crowd of young people for breakfast which ended up at 8.15am being no cooked food at all, very little bread, which they eventually replenished, no cutlery, no cups for tea, had to use glasses, then no tea, water ran out, by which time were really laughing. BUT we actually did have lovely few days. Wouldn't recommend unless they had a good refurb. Pool advertised but really bad condition. Water almost black looked like it hadn't been used or cleaned in years. Surrounding pool area really neglected.

3rd time staying here - it's my first choice to view when visiting the city. Great value for money and location

Hotel nicely located - friendly staff especially the person who helped parked the car and the receptionists - very disappointed that although brochure indicated there would be a kettle, that was missing as we enjoy having early morning coffee and coffee drinks at other times - car park somewhat inadequate but typical of parking facilities at seafront hotels in Kusadasi - behaviour of some other guests, especially some of coach party left much to be desired when they slammed doors at 3.00 AM
