Very nice place to stay. We had a one-bedroom with balcony and view of bay. Very nice. Excellent location. A block away from beautiful Clearwater Beach. Only thing we didn't like about the beach was that beach awnings and chairs were set up across the entire beach, almost like drawing a border across the sand. So, if you wanted to see the water, you had to station yourself in front of those gigantic awnings/chairs. It made the beach seem so much smaller because of that and obviously, most people want to look at the ocean, so the space was much more crowded. They should not be allowed to put station so many awnings/chairs like that. We traveled to many of the other beaches and they were beautiful and did not have awnings blocking water view. Included breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, home fries, pancakes/waffles/French toast, all were very good. Hot/cold cereals, assorted bagels, breads, dressings for the cereals. Yogurts, cheeses, fresh chopped fruit. Whole fruits also. Very good breakfast which was included in the price. Plenty of seating. Nice outdoor heated swimming pool. Bed was comfy. Sectional couch was run down and needs to be updated. Nice full kitchen. Parking stinks. You are forced to do valet parking and pay $31 per night. That is a huge expense. They really should consider including parking or at the very least lowering the price for Bonvoy members. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Very nice place.

Very close to rt 60 and the pier, shopping and restaurants. the hotel is clean and updated. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

This is the perfect location to stay at if you don't want to have to drive. Nice restaurants, near by beach access, shopping and thetes a 24 hour Walgreens in walking distance. The room was clean except for one blanket which I think was used and put away. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was tasty. If I go back to Clearwater in the future, I will book my stay at this Residence Inn.

Best kept secret by the beach. I’m reluctant to write this review, because it will undoubtedly result in a dramatic increase in bookings at this near-beachside hotel. The staff is attentive and amazing and the facility is immaculate!

Great hotel across the street from the beach. Appreciated the hot breakfast included in the price and pool. Great staff. Walking distance to beach, activities so we didn’t rent a car and that was a great decision. Would highly recommend

We loved the location of this hotel to the beach, which was just the next road over. Our room and the rest of the hotel were very clean and staff were wonderful. As for cons, the shower in our room was horrible and the furnace/ac was VERY loud. But those are my only complaints.

First off, they dont tell you that you have to pay for parking even though your staying there. Parking should be free as a hotel guest. Second, since they charged for parking, they should charge it all at once rather than having a ridiculous amount of pending charges on my card. Also, other hot breakfast options would be nice besides eggs and sausage.

I am not agree to pay parking if you are paying to stay in the hotel.

My family and I liked it because it is located very close to the beach.

This hotel is in a great location within a short walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel manager took time to talk to us and gave good advise on local places to visit. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast along with the facilities provided by the hotel.

Very good space for families with the kitchens. Also, very convenient location to all the shopping , restaurants, and beach.
