This is a great property in Rome. The staff was great and communicated very well both before and during the stay. The breakfast service was nice and the location of this property is great. Grocery store across the street and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

Prime location just a short walk from Rome’s major attractions, restaurants, and landmarks. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

Room was very spacious. Perfect for a family of 4. Breakfast was great. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Location was perfect - easy to walk to all the landmarks!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Check in was a breeze. Even though someone might not be there when you check in, they give you great instructions on how to get into the building and your room. The common area is nice, lots of kitchen supplies you have access to. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious enough for us. It was well designed and comfortable. Breakfast and Iya (not sure on the spelling of her name) was beyond amazing. She was so friendly and always offering to make us breakfast and asking what we wanted for breakfast the next day. You can eat there in the common area or she’ll bring it to your room. They even offered eggs! She was so sweet and made our stay special. David, at the front desk, was also wonderful. Both are always willing to help and are very friendly. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this bnb to anyone staying in Rome. Location was also great. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Restaurants and convenience stores at your doorstep.
