The customer service was excellent and the stay was excellent. I stayed with my family for the solar eclipse 2024. Everything was great. Only issue I had was that the sliding door to the restroom wouldn’t stay closed. Not a big deal, but a little annoying when someone is trying to change in private. They provided a little care package for the eclipse and the small details that were subtle throughout the hotel were still noticeable and greatly appreciated.

The stay was great until while we slept the fire alarm jolted us awake at 1 am!!!! We thought it a false alarm until the fire engine pulled up below sirens blaring.
We dressed and walked down 5 flights to the lobby. Where a hotel clerk said it was a faulty alarm. We waited until the firefighters departed.

Nine family members for 3 days for the solar eclipse. The hotel staff were excellent, room was comfortable, and hotel was conveniently located near a variety of restaurants.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Super clean, new, great service, good breakfast. Very nice area overall. My only complaint is that I wish our time would have allowed us to stay longer!

Proba ly one of the noisiest hotels. Not other people but the i e maker, the elevator the cooling system just one noise aftrr another.

We've stayed at this location a few times now, and it has always been a great experience. The breakfast bar has incredible variety, and the coffee is excellent.

Brand new hotels, very clean, the only problem i had is the shower head was not functionibg properly and didnt realize it until i was out of the shower. Basically flooded the whole bathroom and entry way. I did clean up and informed the front desk upon check out. Just wondering how it was possible that no one noticed it was not properly working?

Great stay. My only issue was the beds are hard and the sheets/blankets are a little rough. I normally sleep on softer items. But for some one that loves sturdy beds, everything else was excellent!

Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly and warm. The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained and the breakfast buffet was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, good breakfast options, lots of reataurants/shopping in the area. I felt safe by myself, room was clean, bed was comfy. I left my jacket behind. Called about it. When i picked it up many hours later, the pockets and jacket was zipped, folded neatly and packaged for me - it was nice & thoughtful they took the time to go to that extent.

My experience was incredible. From the early check in and front desk help (staff was amazing!) to the incredible breakfast spread, we had a great time and even extended our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on coming back in the near future.

A/C unit was broke the entire night. Told staff the next morning they said they’d take care of it and get back with me. Called a few days later and got with the manager. Was told they needed to ask the GM a few questions and they’d get back with me. Never got back with me. Then I was told a completely different story as to why my A/C unit was broke in order to save things for them.

Overall my stay was wonderful. Quiet, comfortable and peaceful. The room was beautiful and clean. One of my issues was at check-in. Front desk ladies were not as friendly as they should have been. I’m a person that says please and thank you and feel it should be given back especially if you’re working the front desk with paying guests. Another issue was the cleaning people knocking on the door at 10:30am when checkout is at 12pm. I understand they want to clean, but some of us like to stay until the actual checkout time. Other than this issues, I will most definitely be staying here again.

Our stay was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. The hotel well kept. The pool was great. And the breakfast was above average for a hotel buffet. And so quiet and peaceful at night. We would highly recommend.
