Clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was very nice. Only set back was no food locally to go as I had my dog with me.

Staff was friendly. Food was lacking during the last hour of serving breakfast. Only 1 egg, no meat, & little potatoes were available. Staff did make more but only after we requested it.

Stayed 1 night and it was a good stay.

Shower was so dangerous. The floor of it was so slippery. No non slip mats or any grip. Was also uneven. You slide towards the the faucet. My daughter slipped and fell hard. I slipped but caught myself.. lawsuit waiting to happen

We booked a room with two queen beds and did not ask for handicapped accommodations. When we walked in with our son who has some physical limitations, we feel our room was changed to a handicap room without our knowledge. It actually made it more dangerous for our son to take a shower and way more unpleasant for me and my 6’4” husband, We know our needs best and don’t appreciate the change - especially without asking.

Lenore for breakfast was amazing in helpfulness!
The desk attendant checking in and when leaving (for shuttle on leaving) was rude and not helpful at all. Actually blew me off when I arrived 10 minutes early for shuttle and no shuttle was there. Was told oh the other hotel has a fullload so we’ll see if there’s room for you and then just left (2 of them a man and a woman). So, my daughter and I decided to walk over and put ourselves on the shuttle first to make sure we got included. It was as if since we were only 2, we didn’t matter and getting us to the airport at the time we signed up for didn’t matter. Plus the other full party was late, by 5-7 minutes, putting us all behind.

The place is dirty, the sheets were torn, I called to report that the room on one side had the television at high volume and they answered! The bathroom is really dirty, everything is horrible! Page 170 dollars for this and it is the ugliest place. I can't even sleep because of the noise from the rooms next door and the noise from the air is super annoying! When we entered the room it had a horrible old and dirty smell

This was a great place to stay! Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable - the only suggestions I have is to place some non-slip adhesives in the bathtub. I think it's because the water was softer, but my daughter and I both slipped in the shower. Breakfast was delicious and our entire experience was top-notch!

HORRIBLE. From start to finish. You’ll be better off sleeping at the airport or PLEASE find a different place. This place has horrible management, workers and they double charged me TWICE. Please be aware and ask a lot of questions each employee will tell you something different. Avoid this place by all cost. Also, the breakfast is something you could get during your hospital stay so don’t let that sway you in.

The hotel was nice but it took over an hour to be picked up at the airport but the shuttle and the first time I called they hung up on me. It was late and I was tired. Then they put me in a room right next to the ice machine. The ash tray was overflowing with cigarettes outside so I brought it to their attention, and they said they empty it at 3 am. The next morning it was not emptied. The guy was not very friendly. But the room was nice, and the rest of the staff was nice.

I was allergic to the room, and they were unable to provide a hypo-allergenic room. All of their rooms have feathers and or dust mites which I'm both allergic to. No refund was offered or given despite calls to management which were never returned.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are comfy. TVs are nice. This was my first time staying with the Comfort Inn and I was actually surprised with how nice the room was. I have to say I liked it better than the Tru by Hilton that was right across the parking lot that I stayed in previously. Would stay at the Comfort Inn again!

Room was quiet, which is important to me. Better than Homewood Suites or Springhill,
which are just down the street - and I've stayed in on previous trips through Salt Lake City. King Bed was comfortable, pillows were fine - my wife normally brings her own, but forgot this trip and said her room pillow was surprisingly good.
Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay, as usual! The staff at this hotel are always excellent, the breakfast is delicious, everything is clean, and the towels are better than what we have at home. We stay here a few times a year and are nevwr disappointed.

The staff were great and very helpful, but the bed and pillows were horrible. I developed a very bad backache after sleeping two nights in the bed. Very painful.

Nice and quiet surroundings. Clean comfortable room. Breakfast was a typical breakfast layout. Very friendly staff and good parking. I was there on Friday and Saturday, cleaning staff did not clean my room on Saturday :(. I was expecting fresh towels and a made bed when I returned Sat. Night. That was the only disappointment.

Easy access to places to eat. And close to freeway. The rooms carpet was a bit dirty and the bath tub diverter for the shower was stuck. The room was quiet and served our purpose for the night

Loved everything about this Comfort Inn experience!! It was relaxing, staff was super nice & helpful, breakfast was great, beds were comfy, parking was super easy and accessible!

Toilet bowl grossed me out. Cleaning services don't come everyday unless you ask for it. In this case, I asked them almost every day and told them to focus on cleaning the bathroom. They can't seem to see the gross marks in the toilet as well as in the tub. Not going to stay at Comfort Inn ever.

This hotel is already well-rated, which motivated us to pick it and it did not disappoint because: friendly, helpful staff; clean, quiet, well-maintained room with comfortable beds; solid complimentary breakfast; and we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves- which was also well-maintained. Great value.

Huge bathroom and everything seemed clean but the bed was super hard and the road noise was unbearable. It seemed like the windows were open or something, it was so loud.

Must have a lighted sign by the curb when you turn left to the property. That area is so dark. I missed the turn. Also, an arrow to show where the parking area for the property will be great. The current location of the sign can mean the parking lot of Royal inn.
