This place was new and very clean. The breakfast was great and staff was nice. The only issue we had was the beds. They were very hard. Woke up with back pain everyday.

we arrived and very pleased with the room. when making the pull out couch the bedding was dirty. advised the front desk they brought new bedding but didn’t take the dirty bedding left it for us to deal with. brought it down to the front desk showed them the picture that I took of the dirty bedding and handed her the dirty bedsheets. next day we went for our continental breakfast they had electrical problems and the food that was out was lukewarm but should be OK it wasn’t edible and would need to go somewhere else to eat which an expensive was not counting on and then a fire started from the cook plugging in a new toaster then we had to evacuate and we didn’t receive the full experience of hotel we were planning to use the pool relax for the morning and check out at noon but ended up leaving at 8:30

Nice and clean, friendly staff. The breakfast was good the coffee could be stronger 😀! I would stay here again, it's very close to the casino and outlets, it's easy to get lost if you turn the wrong way going back to the hotel.

Very clean super helpful staff, loved the room nice and roomy. Only thing was leaving the site you could only turn right which was a little inconvenient. But will be staying there again

Quiet, comfortable and clean. Most comfortable bed and pillows ever in a hotel. Staff was friendly and kind. Breakfast was great! Will 100% stay again.

Expedia and the hotel double booked us. We were told that the hotel was sold out and there were no other hotel rooms in the city available

We called the property several weeks ahead and arranged to have a room on the 1st floor near the pool and laundry, when we got there we were told there wasn’t a room like that so we got a room ten rooms down the hall. Because of mobility issues we took that room for 3 nights, left for 2 nights and came back for another 4, however the morning of the 4 day I tested pos for Covid, called the desk told them we had to start driving home because I was I’ll. They said our bill would be ready when we left at 9:30 am. When we left they had no bill ready and said they would email it, which they never did. I filled a complaint with Hilton and they said the property told them we left way past check out time and had to pay for the 4th night. If we had been told that we would have stayed the 4th night instead of driving 8 hours while sick. The entire front desk situation was terrible including getting up on day 2 to no hot water, left for the day and told the front desk about the water situation, came back at 5 pm and the mgr tells us they had no hot water, yes I told you that at 10 am and she had just figured it out !!

New and nice design, very convenient facilities.

Easy access to the Casino, we were here for a Concert and the free shuttle service was a great unexpected bonus. As mentioned by others THE TRAINS we were here on a Wednesday night and had three 'honking trains' go by ! If I was coming to the Casino Arena for another concert (high probability, a Great summer venue) I would stay here again

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting...nicely appointed rooms and eco friendly.

Dining was close, alot of different options. The front desk person , needs help with customer service, very cold and distant.

The stay was great. Staff was so friendly. Room was clean. The only negative thing I could say is that there is no hot tub, just the pool. But even the gym was beautiful!

We arrived at 3:15. Front desk informed us our room was not ready “because we were full yesterday and only have 2 house keepers” I understand these things happen but the staff was so unapologetic and almost made it feel like it was on us. No I’m sorry or time frame given for when to come back. Once coming back around 4pm there was another couple checking in ahead of me, she informed them of pool hours/breakfast hours etc. once it was my turn it was a here’s your card and that’s it. I had to ask what time breakfast was.. no info was given willingly. Later in the evening I called down to ask for an extra blanket(same staff answered) said and I quote “I’m the only one here right now so if you want one you’ll have to come down and get it” again.. I understand but no apology no nothing. I found this woman to be rude and unpleasant. Not someone who should be the face of the hotel. First time staying at home2 and sadly disappointing. Room was very clean and put together so housekeeping is great.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. I had a difficult time sleeping because the walls are not well insulated. My neighbors kept waking up to either the TV alarm or radio at 3:00AM— sooooo loud.

Fast and efficient check-inn. Front hostess was extremely pleasant and hotel is very clean.
