The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained . I am looking forward to staying at the facility again if I’m ever in the Mount Pleasant area.. The staff was friendly and helpful from the front desk to the cleanup staff.

We loved our room with a full size refrigerator and ability to cook.
It was spacious, very quiet and clean. Breakfast was ok, we overslept it once - it ends at 9 am.
Wish it was until 10.
need more options for waffle toppings but overall ok.
The location is great on Mount Pleasant, easy to find and get around.
Room was clean, just never had shampoo refilled or enough towels, but we made it work. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to this hotel.

The breakfast was exceptional with a large room and a lot of seating. The firepit area seemed neglected in that the cushions were covered in leaf debris and hairs, so that was disappointing. The public hallways seemed way too cold for comfort as well. Would definitely stay here again when in the area as the room was spacious and clean.

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious (bacon, waffles, breakfast sandwiches, milk, juice, etc), and the staff were so friendly.
Our room was spacious and clean. They kindly put an induction stovetop in our room without us even having to ask. The kitchen was stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, 2 pots and a strainer among other things. The bathroom had a shower, no tub. One of my only complaints would be the water pressure in the shower was lacking. Housekeeping came every other day and did a great job. The front desk staff was so kind, especially the gentlemen who was there during the weekdays.
The hotel is right next to a nice pond (my kids liked to go out and watch for birds, turtles, and even an alligator) with a nice walking trail. There is also a Starbucks within walking distance.
We have stayed in several hotels in the area and this was by far the best.
