Hotel room condition was just ok. Needed updating. But it was ok for a quick one day turn around. Bathroom sink held together by big patches of caulk.

I have stayed here over 10 times in the last year and always have a great experience. This trip was different. When I got to my room after a long day at work I was ready to watch TV and relax. My TV wouldn't work though. I called the front desk and they told me that their TV was working in the lobby so mine must work too. I argued with the front desk and they told me that there were too busy to have someone look at it and I could call their support people and tell them I work for the hotel to see if I could get it resolved. After frustration I just gave up. This isn't the way to treat paying customers. I stayed 2 nights with no TV in my room and spotty WiFi to use my tablet. I won't be staying here again.

Check in was easy, front desk clerk let us know she was new but was super friendly and got us checked in quickly. Room was like a small apartment, clean dishes, microwave, toaster, sink, paper towels and a dishwasher. Hotel was quiet, nice and clean and room was very spacious. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here overnight after a medical procedure. This hotel offered a medical discount . I called before booking and was told I could get the discount if booking online. I never found a place to do this so left a request online. Upon arriving i was told you have to book over the phone to get the discount. Otherwise I was very happy with my stay

I've stayed here several times over the last couple months. It is a pretty nice place to stay. My only complaint and reason for not giving 5 stars is because of how slow the TV is. The apps on the TV won't work. You can't stream anything because of the interest speed.

Very clean and spacious king suite. Full kitchenette with lots of counter space and a full size fridge. Bed was comfortable. TV was a little slow, but had apps to use streaming services. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower was not very good. Water just trickled out. This was not enough of a complaint to keep me from coming back though.

Hotel was clean and nice, alos close to the hospital which was a plus l, but the description saud the was a bar/restaurant on site and there was not. I was very disappointed by this since we didnt want tochave to drive around looking for food.

The hotel is a really nice. I've stayed there for years. Everything is convenient. The lady who cleans on 3rd floor was the sweetest and diligent employee. She was excellent. Wish i spoke better Spanish to connect tho. Need more towels.

This is probably the nicest facility that we have ever stayed in! Everything was perfect and the young man at the desk in the evening and the young lady in the morning were so encouraging to speak with! In today’s environment I truly felt welcome!

Room was great and perfect for two kids each wanting their own TV to play on. Great location for my early morning appointment at Mercy. Lots of yummy restaurants within easy driving distance. This was my first time staying at a Residence Inn. Will choose again.

The first room tv remote didn’t work. Took 3 calls for an answer from front desk to get help. The gentleman who finally answered was nice and came to try to fit it. He had to go for another remote and it didn’t fix the problem. Finally moved us to another room. Tv worked but it was directly next to the a/c units, about 30-40 of them on the roof next to us. And the roar kept us awake through the night. Nice motel but it wasn’t restful in room 307. I’d stay again but I would ask for a different room.

Not happy with whatever kind of lock is set on the AC. I like to sleep in at least 68 degree room (prefer 63). But, no matter how low I set it, the room would only cool to 73. It was in the low 20’s outside. No reason I couldn’t have had it cooler in a room I am paying for.

Basically choose this hotel was close to the heart hospital. It was a great choice! It was clean, comfortable, plenty of room and well lit. We would definitely stay there again.

It is so close to the Hospital (Mercy) . It was honestly the very best location, but I absolutely loved their rooms. The room had fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. So stay a few days , it was amazing.

The property was nice. Had a place for a nice lunch nearby. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were always greeting us in the hallway. Property might be a little tight in its surroundings, but OK.

This has got to be one of the best hotel stays ever. Room was a nice size, very clean, bed comfortable, and most of all the staff was very accommodating. This will be the place we stay whenever we are in Oklahoma City.

The one bedroom suite was perfect for us. We stayed in the Residence Inn after my surgery so we could be near the clinic for my follow up appointment. It was very spacious and close to a nice Panera Bread for easy takeout.
