Candeo Hotels Tokyo Shimbashi

The neighbourhood was fantastic - close to Shimbashi and 10 minutes walk to Ginza. Great restaurants steps from the front door. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Would recommend!

Clean room, convenient access to the station, hundreds of places to eat nearby.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Candeo Hotel Tokyo Shimbashi. It was a fast and easy walk from Shimbashi Station, and there were many restaurants and konbini in the area Our room was typically small, but thoughtfully laid out to maximize space and comfort, well insulated and quiet, and we were provided a room on an upper floor, which we prefer. The men's and women's onsens on the top floor were very clean, offered plenty of facilities for cleansing prior to bathing and a sufficient number of lockers. All the staff we encountered were welcoming and helpful, especially the gentleman who supervised the excellent breakfast. We will definitely book here when we return to Tokyo and will recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues.

I just realized that I booked the wrong date after my arrival. The front desk handled this matter and helped me figure out the everything. After only waiting for 5-10 minutes, the problem has been solved completely. I really appreciate their professionality.
