This was a very clean newly remodeled hotel. Pet friendly with great staff and management. I was very happy. Will be back several times in the future because of the hospitality

Check in was fine. But be aware they just got new owners so they’re doing renovations. The elevators were broke, so my mother in law who uses a cane had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Had we known that before booking, we probably wouldn’t have booked. There were no curtains in the room, only painters paper covering the window. Beds were comfy, and the a/c was cold. This place will be really pretty after the renovations, I’m sure. But if you have someone that needs to use the elevator, find somewhere else.

Not that bad of a place to stay. Just a bit run down! The jacuzzi was kinda nasty! Don’t think I will stay again!!

The tv don’t work and the room have lot of roaches and the wonder did not have blinds I curtains

Bad experience. We didn’t stay because grouches in the room.

So our room was on the 3rd floor becauae we got the roo With a jetted tub. That the jets didnt work. The eleveator was out the whole time also. There was no breakfast avaliable there was no maid service. There were no trash cans in our roo. At all. No curtains for the window. The bed only had a thin sheet and a light duvet that didn't really give off any warmth. The hotel is definitely under construction still. The indoor pool did not have a heater. The door on the property were always unlocked. The parking lot was great because it was small and if there wasnt painters tape ans paper on the windows i would have been able to see my vehicle. Half the switches in the room had no purpose. Housekeeping never came in ever for the 3 nights we were there. Its is a great location and with some more upgrades it would be awesome the pruce was great the non jetted bathtub was disappointing because that was half the reason we booked it. The whole hotel did smell like a mix of paint fumes and marijuana. I didnt feel a 100 percent safe but luckily my husband was with us and he is 6'5 so i felt ok but the first morning there was someone passed out down our hallway. For the most part if some more upgrades were done correctly we would come back.

The phots on the hotels.com website do not in any way match the condition the hotel is in. There is definitely not a lake anywhere. The hotel is under construction, Trash everywhere, the elevator was inoperable and they put us on the third floor. The attendant gave me four rooms that where not guest ready finally she came upstairs to identify a room guest ready as I stated previously the elevator was not working so I had to go back to the front desk 4 times from the third floor because the rooms were not guest ready! Listen I understand the construction and I appreciate them doing the renovations, the hotel should not be open until it is ready for guests. Suppose I was disabled or someone in my party could not climb stairs. I brought fishing poles to fish with my children due to the pictures I saw; however there was no lake. I checked out early had a 2 night stay could not endure another night. The paint smell and mildew smell was unbearable. I had a party of 5 and only 2 towels in the bathroom. When I asked for more I was told it would take 30 minutes. For what the entire second floor was being renovated no guests on that floor at all. Very disappointed. I believe once the renovation is complete this will be a true gem. Until then do not operate!

The pool heater is broken. There is no where near the amenities as listed on here. No breakfast. The vending machine will charge double and then give you your money back within 15 min. They are currently transferring ownership this week. Maintenance guy is awesome!!! He also is the guy that cleans up the rooms. The staff here are minimal and don't take any crap from people getting unruly. I would definitely stay here on the staff's merit alone.
